Don't go this place very bad insulting service...stood in line for about 10mins.... while guy was on phone. He told me be right with you.....another lady with head cover clocked in...right in front of us (people in line) comes back ask next person then some guy walks in with box she take him....looking around at the line ....this was VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL.....in my younger days would of snap but just won't give my business to them. Find out from the main fedex center that this place keeps getting complaints.....your staff need better training or management.

I wanted to give a good review for this Fedex store and especially for JQ FedEx employee. She was very helpful and patient. She took me through all the steps so I could get the help I needed. because of her help, I will always go to this FedEx store. Thank you, JQ, for your time, help, and patience.

Jacqueline, the employee is so friendly and helpful. She helped me print the label and put the tape on. Great employees make great service.

Maddie very rude and unprofessional buts in very rudely then says she’s training but if she was training she should have definitely not been training the way she was first off I walked in and employees didn’t say anything so they obviously see I need help I ask where the boxes are they just point ok usually when I walk in fedex they help get the right size box and help me decide the best way to ship no not this location Maddie just wants to argue she needs to learn customer service n keep her mouth shut or help properly and train properly obviously someone else should be training employees because she is the worst example of customer service I’ve seen I’m definitely not coming back to this location which sucks because it’s right by my house I may have to start using ups 🤦♀️

They overcharge you for business printing. Charged me $17! For same day printing. I have done this same job at different FedEx locations and never been overcharged so much. Never coming here for any shipping or business need

Friendly and quick staff but the parking lot is bad, it’s truly the absolute worst and I’ve been to the Wawa in Conshohocken so I know my stuff.

This place is right off parmer so it can be tricky to get into but the service here is great. They made shipping my package easy after UPS told me it was impossible. The staff here are fantastic!

Been using this location for package and print services for a year now. No issues until today, when I arrived to drop off some packages. I had also placed a print order for 1 black and white page 4 hours earlier, so asked if it was ready. The employee sassily and arrogantly responded that if I hadn't gotten an email confirmation, it was not ready and refused to check or print it. Asked me to come back only when I get an email confirmation. Customer service and basic courtesy is clearly not a trait of this person. I have had no issues with other employees at this location.
