Title: “Worst Service I’ve Had at FedEx – Rude, Sarcastic, Unhelpful”
“I’ve long trusted the FedEx Office at 13729 N Hwy 183, Ste 820, for professional printing services. But my experience on August 12, 2025, around 1:35 PM was shockingly poor.
• The associate Amanda was rude and dismissive—insisting my file wasn’t a PDF, responding sarcastically, then walking away without offering help.
• A colleague in the store quickly pointed out I had selected the wrong file—something a brief check from Amanda would have resolved easily.
• Even after correcting the file and resending, she printed without pagination and snapped, “That’s how they printed out—nothing I can do about it.”
• This is a far cry from the respectful, helpful service I’ve received before. Just last week, another staff member was exceptional.
Amanda’s attitude was unprofessional and unwelcome. FedEx Office must address this behavior so other customers don’t endure the same treatment.”

Very convenient location. They have WiFi, desks and a printing station that is very easy to use. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The current service staff has very poor business capabilities and a bad attitude. When I came here, the service staff were capable and efficient. The current service staff made me run three times but still failed to complete a simple QR code printing business. Such efficiency really makes customers unable to trust!

This is review for the entire FedEx main office in Austin, TX. I give them one star because there is nothing lower than that. I was expecting a package last Friday for which I received a text that it was out for delivery and it will be delivered that morning. Then I received a text later that it was delayed until Monday the 20th of Jan? How is something out for delivery and then delayed until four days later? Why not delivered over the weekend…they still delivered packages on the weekends? Then I received a text that it was out for delivery on Monday (today) the 20th and it would be delivered between 8:40-10:40 in the morning, but then I received a text with a picture of apparently the package I am expecting saying that it was tried to deliver at 1:40, but that is “FALSE” because I am at home with my wife and adult son, and no one tried to deliver anything. I don’t know what kind of services is FedEx trying to provide, but it is the worse service by any shipping company. I will only use UPS from now on!!!

Bad customer service I went to take a passport photo of my baby and an employee told me that they had an age restriction, it doesn't make sense to me because she asked her coworker and he said he didn't know about that, then she asked someone else and that person told her it's okay if she can stand, which my baby can do. this employee just approached me and told me that they have an age restriction of 2 years and that they couldn’t take the photo, she didn't even explain to me why she was telling me that I called other fedex locations and they said that they don't have that policy probably the employee didn't want to take her time to take a photo.
