This location is lucky I can’t give a 0 star review but to sum up my interaction Heather the manager is terrible customer service wise, and can’t even hold herself accountable so, imagine having to work with her or for her. It’s been 17 days since I came here and she told me she can’t ship out my package and would refund me. I’m still not refunded. Calvin is a terrible employee as well once he heard my name he knew exactly who I was said he’d take care of the situation and transferred me to a regular employee since he doesn’t have any accountability either.

I needed some assistance while away for a business conference, and the FedEx office was able to help. Not only did they help with the service I needed to complete timely, the customer service was above and beyond. I can't believe how geniwinly nice the team members were here. Thank you so very much!

I was so impressed with Mr.Kale at Fed Ex in the Fairmont l had to give him an Honorable mention. I've got a recent Parkinson's diagnosis and it's virtually changed my whole landscape, when l went in to have my package delivered l was pretty much clueless as to the process of getting the ticket off my E-mail, further my phone wasn't holding it's signal and when too much stuf hits me at one time with Parkinson's l get real anxious and things have attendancy to get super clouded. I shared my dilemma with Kale and his professionalism, customer support, and good manners kicked into high gear. Kale explained the process of transferring data from my e-mail, while he handled the glitches my phone was creating do to my phone dropping it's signal. All the while making sure l was ok, and making me feel like l was Parkinson's free.Kale is mannerable, and sharp at his job, l was absolutely impressed and blessed, it was really refreshing the way he put me at ease. He is a true professional, and an absolute gift.Kyle represents hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency which in turn reflects an awesome light on Fed-ex. Simply put the young man is good for business. I left the store feeling absolutely uplifted. Thanks to a good employee with excellent customer service. Thank you Mr. Kale you're the best, and thank you Fed-ex for having an employee that's a true game changer!Sincerely Joey Maloy

Took an hour to get one document printed and charged more than double what FedEx typically charges. Strongly recommend going to a different location (this is in a hotel with no convenient parking and is more of an amenity for hotel guests than an actual working FedEx location)
