This review is for the store in BeeCave which was formerly Harways Applicances. At the time of our purchase Fergusons had purchased. If you desire to but a new refrigerator and receive a scratch and dent due to careless delivery, this is the company to go to. We purchased at Fergusons versus a big box store for upgraded delivery service. The delivery team dented the refrigerator door panel, and scratched the refrigerator in two places. They dinged door trim on an interior door and my front door squeaked after they reinstalled it. I called my sales rep and also spoke to the delivery manager who promised to come look at the unit and home damage. No one ever came by. We moved on with life and made repairs but I get to think of the experience every time I look at my scratch and dent refrigerator.

Logistically a mess. I went in and used a sales associate to create my list of options for plumbing fixtures for our full house remodel. She was relatively quick in getting the original bill of materials together, but once I started requesting changes and wanting to finalize, I would not hear back for days. It has delayed our project by at least 3 weeks. Once plumbing fixtures were delivered, we had our plumbing inspection scheduled. It turns out the wrong tub was ordered after I specified by SKU# exactly what tub we needed. Ferguson could not accommodate delivering the correct tub that day or next to our location. We had to pick it up 60 miles away the next day, compromising our inspection date which we crucially needed done before Christmas. We ended up buying from another supplier that day. It’s hard to appreciate any level of customer service when it takes weeks to get an order finalized correctly. I would not use Ferguson again.

Called for help servicing a beverage cooler sold to us by Ferguson 2 years ago. Service rep told me to check warranty and use brand’s company list. Then hung up on me mid-sentence.

We had a great experience at Ferguson Bath. Taylor was our sales associate and he ended up selecting our entire master bath hardware and free standing tub for us. It saved me time and money from online searches. He also had much better taste than me. Thanks, Taylor and Ferguson!

I worked with a few of the wonderful girls, in the Ferguson showroom, including Denisse, who made the decision process much easier. Their knowledge and help was invaluable and most of all, they took care of any issues and problems. Their return policy is awesome, which made decision making less daunting because it didn't have to be final. The showroom is packed and beautiful and you're spoiled for choice.
