These guys always save the day. Kinda wish they were open during the weekends as well. But still managed to find the part that i needed. That not even google could find for me, the salesperson Gaylon Bowser, knew right away as soon as i gave them a rough idea of what the part looked like. These guys Rock.

He has always been able to get the products we need for our customers. If there is a chance it is not available he will find a way to resource it. He is our go to Guy.

Google maps takes you to the wrong place.. basically across a ditch and barbwire fence in-between. Customer service is good and they have better prices than big box stores

Don't waste your time - I tried calling three times to get someone to answer a simple question of whether they sold PEX pipe. I got to listen to their canned music forever and no one bothered to pick up. Clearly not staffed well.

Terrible customer service.I came in to buy some copper fittings and when i asked about the price for a 1/2 copper slip tee the guy in the counter looked at me like i was crazy and just replied saying “ I don’t know” like i was asking him the equation to solve world hunger or something. Don’t get why people are so rude. Please find some employees that actually care about what they’re doing, and don’t have such a bad attitude towards customers, 2 other people walked in and got the same horrible service.

First let me say I am no plumber. I know nothing about it and I envy those who do. I am a small business owner and try to do small fixes myself, when I can.The first time I needed supplies I went to Ferguson with the assumption they would treat me as someone who knew nothing (which I didn't) and would try to oversell me parts or not help at all because I didn't know anything.My experience was the exact opposite. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.Today I called in to ask about a part I needed for the toilets in our business. Not only did they look things up in order to help me, they told me I didn't need the part I thought I did and helped me fix it without buying a part at all.It may say counter productive to not sell the customer, but their honesty and helpfulness have made a customer for life out of me.
