Both times I’ve been there, counter help was of no help. They didn’t make an effort to try to help me determine what all I needed to find the part I was looking for. They could only help if I had part numbers for the part I was looking for, which numbers were no longer visible. Glad I didn’t purchase anything from this store.

Very rude. Yesterday, I observed the employee at the front desk yelling at a customer in a very aggressive and intimidating way. There was confusing as to who was next to be served and the customer was trying to be polite. There was no need to be verbally aggressive. The customer was Mexican and I felt the employee was combining from a very dark place. I walked out of the store and ordered from Amazon. Be kind.

Absolutely excellent service from Mike Goetz. I have very little knowledge of anything to do with plumbing but Mike was over the top helpful, very patient and spent a lot of time searching for a solution, looking for parts and phoning up the parts manufacturer on my behalf. Thank you very much.

I went in expecting to replace a shower valve part that had seized up, but Mike showed me how to fix it myself. I went home and did as he explained, and ten minutes later I had a working shower again. Great service; I appreciate his patience and expertise!

I spent several days talking to a number of different people, at several different Lowes, Home Depot and other home and hardware stores about a plumbing problem I was having with my shower. They were all very friendly, eager, cheerful, but simply not helpful. I dropped by Ferguson Plumbing Supply and talked to Michael, who diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 seconds! Sometimes, you simply need to talk to a real pro.

These weros think that one as a Hispanic does not understand them. What they say It's 3:50 and they no longer want to serve you. When the time is 4:30 it's a shame that their service leaves something to be desired. But well, maybe I'm the one who has to learn a little more English. I hope that changes soon.
