One of the best Salesmen Scott S. put me in touch with service advisor James Holderman who was very knowledgeable, personable and took care of all my needs. Ferrari of Austin’s service level is just as “high performance” as whats in the showroom floor….. Thanks again

There always seems to be a bit of anxiety when needing to have service performed on your vehicle, unless you are working with James Holderman and the team at Ferrari of Austin. James immediately makes you feel like family, and comfortable in leaving my car with FoA. I have my Ferrari as well as other sports cars serviced at For and James makes certain that the work is performed right the first time and the vehicle is returned immaculate. Thanks to the entire Ferrari of Austin Team!!!

Buyers Beware – Ferrari of AustinI have been a long-time loyal client of Ferrari of Austin (FOA) and have purchased and serviced multiple Ferrari’s from them over the years totaling over $2M.I recently had a series of unethical events take place with FOA regarding multiple new Ferrari purchases that I made directly with FOA management Keith Humphreys and J.P. Carabias. I did have to involve Ferrari North America, whom did side with me, and reached out no less than three times to apologize for the dealerships comments and behavior. Please keep in mind there are a bunch of great Ferrari dealers out there and you have options. Purchasing your first or tenth Ferrari is a milestone and a big deal so be selective and in my opinion you should at all costs avoid Ferrari of Austin. If you are going to purchase from them be sure to ask Keith and JP about Casey, and be aware they do own other Dealerships. If anyone in our community is considering purchasing a Ferrari at FOA, I would love to share my unfortunate story with you privately via DM / phone call in hopes that you go in with eyes wide open.Best regards,Casey

I recently purchased a new 2023 Ferrari Roma and wanted to compliment the manager Keith Humphreys and sales associate Frankie Dowling in helping me to obtain this amazing automobile in a timely manner especially considering such a desirable new touring vehicle with limited production world wide. They provided great advice and attention to detail in the configuring and ordering process. James Holderman in the service department was very accommodating and promptly scheduled my car to solve an issue with my Sirius-XM antenna. I enjoy going into this high tech dealership as the staff is friendly and eager to answer your questions, and of course just to be able to view and admire so many different Ferrari cars they have in stock. I have previous experience as well with this dealership having also purchased a F-430 from them in 2009 and when going in for service, they take excellent care to bring your car up to Ferrari standards.I highly recommend Ferrari of Austin and it's people having dealt with them since 2009.

We have had excellent service and fair treatment from Ferrari of Austin's service department. Whether it's tending to our beloved old 430, or doing yearly maintenance on a LaFerrari, James and the team at FoA has been prompt, courteous and accommodating and the work has been top-notch. A+++ and will happily keep bringing our Ferraris to FoA for all their needs.

Been taking my F8 here for regular service, and other misc issues that arise through ownership. Always have a great experience due to James/Chris. They explain the work, never overcharge, quality work, and fast so I'm never gone too long from my car. Also the dealership is awesome with great cars to peruse when there.

I had the pleasure of working with Frankie during my recent purchase at Ferrari of Austin, and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone interested in buying a Ferrari. The new showroom is also stunning!

Ferrari of Austin affirmatively misrepresented the alleged status of a 2016 Ferrari California T as "Certified Preowned Vehicle". Immediately upon delivery, we found the following:• Both rear seat lower bolsters were missing ;• The model correct “California T” rear wind deflector was missing and, instead, the car was haphazardly delivered with a “Portofino” labeled deflector that obviously did not fit;• This car was also supposedly repaired for “rust” inside the trunk as noted in the attached CPO Service Record; however, rust was found inside the trunk lid (the exact location specified in the Service Record as being allegedly "repaired");• This car had an obviously visible quarter sized “ding” in the trunk lid that showed up in the pre-delivery photos but was never repaired by this authorized dealership prior to delivery; and• Most egregious, although this supposed “CPO” car was allegedly “pre-inspected” by Ferrari of Austin as an “authorized” dealership prior to delivery and had a purported “clean” CARFAX, the car was delivered with the left rear quarter panel showing obvious signs of prior body repair with a one-inch “crack” evidencing “repaint” and “bondo” flaking off.BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

James Holderman is a great Service Rep! He is quick on responding, thorough and available at all times. They did a great job fixing my car and explaining what needed to be fixed. I have a 3rd party warranty and they are very helpful in ensuring that the warranty process is smooth/easy and that items are covered.
