Company illegally tows with no proper signage facing the lot adjacent to Burleson rd. Authorities have been made aware. Do not park here for concourse shows.

Great place to get propane and propane accessories. Got my tanks inspected and valves changed out a a very agreeable price.

The Ferrellgas store on Hwy 183 is inconsistent in their store hours and when you try to park there, all of their employees take up the parking lot.

Ferrellgas does NOT care!!! Lowest rated propane company hands down for their terrible customer experience. Seems like that should be the easiest thing to rectify. Normally 100 gallons last 4 months.I was at 25% left when I called them to reorder and it was documented. Somehow I was completely empty in 5 weeks this time . I kept calling and could NOT for the life of me get a manager to call me back. Everyone answering said they had to email the issue for someone to call me. That manager took days to call me back (was still without gas) this after I was calling twice a day for 3 days . She took 3 more days to look into it! She says they tracked the truck and their location showed them here so case closed. In her eyes that was proof tank was filled. Now I would need to pay $200 for a safety test since I was completely empty on top of the $300 for another 100 gallons . 🤬🤬🤬 I went with a different company cuz never in my life will I go thru that terrible customer service again. Called a new company they said my valve had been left open by Ferrell! Just $100 for their safety test . $300 just gone ! Ferrellgas was more worried about the cost of making it right than my continued loyal service . What a silly business move.

I had Ferrel Gas for one year. Never again. Their system was so archaic that they had me fill out and email in a PDF to get auto pay working, I sent an email in with the signed PDF. Several months later I get a text saying "if you don't pay your bill today we're shutting your gas off" I told the guy I setup auto pay, and finally had to send him a screenshot of the email to get him to stop threatening me and acting like I was in the wrong. Terrible customer service.
Later upon moving out, I tried to schedule gas shutdown and the lady said you can't schedule a shutdown, you call and they disconnect it on the spot. Great, now I gotta call back. Their system is basically trash and run by a bunch of bumpkins as far as I can tell. Avoid like the plague.

My past experiences with Ferrallgas have been pleasant, however a few weeks ago I got an email thanking me for my order, I did not order gas, so I responded to the email that I did not order gas. That next morning, when I was not home to stop them or know they were coming, they filled up my tank. They then billed me $530 because “no one stopped the driver and the tank is full.I called and complained when I saw the driver on my camera at my house and they said “it was too late, a supervisor will reach out to you.” I never heard back just continued to receive bills until I paid it.

It's never open, it's always closed and it's better to tear down that place if they're not going to keep their hours, I'll never go there again.

I'm between 3 and 4 stars. The delivery was 3 days late and there was no communication. The driver was super nice and didn't make me move any cars.

I would heat my house with charcoal and cedar before i purchased anything from this company. Lots of choices out there. shop around.

Who owns this company? Time to get your business in check. Horrible customer service. No communication. They honestly don’t care. Look at their reviews. We are gonna switch companies asap. Good riddance.
