My past experiences with Ferrallgas have been pleasant, however a few weeks ago I got an email thanking me for my order, I did not order gas, so I responded to the email that I did not order gas. That next morning, when I was not home to stop them or know they were coming, they filled up my tank. They then billed me $530 because “no one stopped the driver and the tank is full.I called and complained when I saw the driver on my camera at my house and they said “it was too late, a supervisor will reach out to you.” I never heard back just continued to receive bills until I paid it.

It's never open, it's always closed and it's better to tear down that place if they're not going to keep their hours, I'll never go there again.

I'm between 3 and 4 stars. The delivery was 3 days late and there was no communication. The driver was super nice and didn't make me move any cars.

Who owns this company? Time to get your business in check. Horrible customer service. No communication. They honestly don’t care. Look at their reviews. We are gonna switch companies asap. Good riddance.

One of the worst customer service situations I have ever dealt with. They have most definitely earned their 2 stare reviews. If I could give them a negative five stars I would. If they knew they wouldn't be able to come out for three weeks, they should have told me!

One of the absolute worst companies to deal with in Texas (maybe the world!). They will take you off auto-monitoring without consulting or informing you. The customer service folks take zero responsibility for resolving issues (broken propane gauge on their rented tank). Avoid them if at all possible.Called back the next day: Still out of propane, still no call back on delivery timing, still no explanation from management on why they removed the monitoring service.......Moving my propane supplier to Bubba's Got Gas (yes, they have a funny name). They monitor the tank for free, will have a new tank + propane out tomorrow, and were polite and responsive.. Adios FerrellGas!

I received a bill for $256 then about a week later I received a bill for $304.00 I called, the first person said let me check into it and I said okay, she said she would talk with her manager and call me back. Well 2 weeks later never received a call. Called again today and the lady kept saying you have a 0 balance (I said yes I like to pay my bills) However I want to know why I was charged an extra $47.00 according to the bill, they billed me twice for a fuel surcharge and Hazmat fee and fuel . After a while she came back and said oh the first bill was sent in error. (excuse me) well I am glad they can lose customers for $47.00 charge 0 stars

Tried calling to set up an account for my gas tank. They took forever to answer. When they finally did answer, they hung up on me three times! I somehow got matched up with the same lady twice, who had me on speaker phone so I could hear my echo both times. This is ridiculous. It’s 2023… It should not be this complicated to set up an account. After a hour, I was finally helped.

These people are the worst I've had a delivery date for 3 weeks call to confirm this morning took off work only to call at 245 to see what time they deliver until only to be told they moved it to tomorrow no call or notice after confirming scheduled appt this morning. They take your money and could care less about customers .and worst attitudes I'd give them no stars! Will be looking for different company

Awful! Paid $3.21 per gallon for propane. Gave them specific instructions to fill two tanks. Both deliveries were messed up by filling only one tank (not the house tank main tank) One hour hold time when calling them for a re-visit and had to fight to not get charged travel times twice when they messed up the order delivery. AmeriGas charges $1.59-$1.89 gallon for propane. Market rate for propane in Austin TX is $ 1.74 gallon at this time (approx) Moving to AmeriGas! Treated so rudely by call center and was told I was not a nice customer. lol

Terrible service. I have 5% propane left and still waiting after a week and pre-paying for my gas, no delivery. However, yesterday I smelled a very light gas smell outside and inquired and they had someone out there within two hours and then proceeded to tell me there was a very small leak they fixed in ten minutes...total charge for that leak $362 (200 emergency fee, rest was labor for ten minutes). Still no gas tho, awesome.Edit: After much back and forth, they at least refunded the $200 emergency fee and finally got someone out there so giving them two more stars back for the credit I suppose.
