I had 4 packages which are reported as delivered by Fetch and signed by someone named Kenny and Fetch is somehow saying they never received these packages. So they basically lost them -- not one, but FOUR packages. I reached out to them and they said I had to reach to Amazon. Amazon said that it isn't their responsibility once it gets delivered to Fetch and that I must file a dispute with them. Fetch is telling me that there is nothing they can do because the items were "misdelivered." Interesting considering someone at your facility signed them. I currently cannot receive a refund for over $150 worth of packages because of Fetch. If this were to occur with Amazon, I would've gotten a refund immediately for missing items. I have never dealt with items that have just gone missing with Amazon, in fact I've experienced more reliable delivery directly from Amazon.Right now I am frustrated and angry because I spent the last two days trying to figure out where my packages are only to be told by Fetch that there isn't anything they can do and Amazon telling me that it is Fetch's responsibility to issue me a refund. I am going to file a claim and will go as far as sueing this company to make sure they do not continue to operate like this.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't have to ask questions because they were all answered up front. I work out of the DEN2 warehouse, Denver, and the only draw back is it's hard to get any shifts. They disappear before you can pick them so don't count on making this your only job. But otherwise, the warehouse employees are very helpful and the Denver Driver Ops manager, I think that's the right title,lol, has been there from the beginning and so she's very good at what she does.

This service is absolutely pointless and terrible. Your packages end up "missing" with no explanation. If you are supposed to sign for something THEY will forge your signature just so they can mark it as delivered. You get your packages DAYS later than your supposed to. Being forced to use this service only makes the whole experience worse. Fetch is just an added Mail delivery service for your mail that is already being delivered. It makes no sense. Also they allow just anyone to work for them with no background check or anything. If you have a legal license you can get a job. EVERY single time they have delivered something to me my package was completely opened and looked through and that's IF it even made it to me. If it's worth an dollar amount it just magically never finds its way to you but you can guarantee they will mark it as delivered on their end and when you try to file a claim they take 0% responsibility for anything. I have no idea on earth why my apartment building chooses to do business with this no good useless company. They are nothing but crooks and theives. BEWARE !!! DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!

Disappointed that Lantower Westin Corners requires residents to utilize Fetch. Highly recommend avoiding any perishable or time sensitive deliveries as Fetch will delay previously scheduled deliveries without reason or compensation.

I absolutely love fetch.It's so convenient and they're always on time. Unfortunately, with other package handlers that ship to them some aren't so reliable.But luckily fetch will let you know how the package is delivered to their facility and try their best to make it presentable.

Highly suggest this company if you love having your packages lost. Fetch dock worker was dismissive and frustrating to speak with.

So far so good. My packages have always arrive as promised. But what I've enjoyed the most is excellent customer service. Very attentive, responsive, and organized. Maria (a support agent) went above and beyond to assist me.

This Fetch delivery system is hit or miss. I have had to report missing packages, very late delivery times, and little to no communication and accountability. If you are using Fetch, try to schedule your package to be delivered no later than 4 PM and only during the five day work week.

Service is excellent all around from the delivery drivers, to guest services. I've experienced 1 failed delivery in over 100 deliveries this past year, and that 1 failure was sorted out and ready for redelivery within 12 hours. Amazing! It's rare to see that kind of turn around!
