When Luis showed me my truck I thought it was the wrong vehicle. I got the full deluxe package with a deep interior cleaning and the before and after is incredible. I could not recommend a better experience and I will be going back.

Love washaroo! I bought the annual unlimited detail package and it’s such a good deal! I’ve occasionally come in with some minor issues like paint transfer on bumper or graininess from a repaint, and they were able to help me out. Juan, the manager there, is extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Highly recommend!

These guys do excellent work..they have a new pricing system and it's not cheap..however for the cost of what the vehicle comes back to you, they do a very good job..will take my truck there anytime I'm close by.

I brought 2 cars in and paid for basic wash (which includes exterior wash + interior vacuum and wipe down). Not only were very conspicuous spots on the exterior missed (that I could wipe or scrape off with my finger), when asked about it, the answer I got was that we paid for a “light exterior wash”. In my wife’s car, the entire trunk was not vacuumed. When asked, the response was “on coupes, we only do the trunk upon request”. This sounds more like an excuse instead of just admitting that they missed it. When asked why a thorough clean wasn’t done per what I paid for, the response I got was “we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectation, but we have other customers waiting”. This was a stark contrast to my wonderful experience at the East Austin location of Washaroo. Terribly disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.
UPDATE: The owner reached out to me, and rectified the mistake and took care of us next time I brought the cars in. I appreciate the accountability here. And I’m updating my rating of this place to my latest experience here.
