Outstanding Service and Integrity at Firestone Complete Auto Care
I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Firestone Complete Auto Care at 1323 West Ben White Blvd, Austin, TX 78704 for their outstanding service, honesty, and professionalism.
Leonel aka "Leo" Banda went above and beyond to ensure that the Hunter machine was up to date for my 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance before I even arrived. He took the time to double-check everything over the phone, which gave me confidence in booking my wheel alignment appointment. On top of that, he showed excellent leadership by offering a discount for my inconvenience, reducing the price from $150 to $132 and some change—a great example of customer-first service that I hope other Firestone locations will follow.
Tyler Sharp also demonstrated remarkable integrity. Instead of attempting work they weren’t fully equipped to handle, he made the right decision by not proceeding with the service. Instead, he provided me with a printout of the diagnostic results so I could take it to Tesla. His honesty and professionalism ensured that no unnecessary mistakes were made—something I deeply respect.
Daniel Beltran, the service manager, played a crucial role in this experience. Even though the system was updated, the team ultimately determined that they were not fully knowledgeable about the specific requirements for aligning a 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance. Instead of charging me for an incomplete service, he waived the fee and provided the inspection report for Tesla. This level of transparency and willingness to share information to create a better outcome is exactly what the auto care industry needs.
I sincerely appreciate the leadership, communication, and customer-focused approach shown by this team. They not only acknowledged their limitations but also took the necessary steps to prevent future issues—an approach that all auto shops should adopt. Thank you for your honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service!

I went there for a oil change they were fast great customer service Daniel was amazing letting me know wut I needed an there promotions are great paid 26 for a complete oil change with promotion I highly recommend an only one I'll be going back to for good

I was lied to about a timeline for my flat tire multiple times, got an emailed invoice for a patch then a call saying they have to replace the tire. When I arrived well after the time estimate given to me, I sat in the lobby while they were "looking for the tire they have in my size" (they didn't have one), then after waiting an hour for any updates at all, was interrupted and spoken over when trying to explain my frustration. I'd have liked to resolve it out of the public eye but it was made clear in that moment that they did not care. Once I finally picked my car up, my "greeting" was them wordlessly holding my key out to me from across the lobby, and finally was charged full price for this bullsh!t experience. Just embarrassingly bad customer service.

I had my truck towed there for a flat tire. I called ahead to let them know and to ask them to rotate the tires, as well. Within an hour, they called to say it was ready. They also checked my battery. I rode my eBike there to pick up my truck and the guy easily and carefully put it in the bed of my truck (it's a heavy bike!). I asked him when the next tire sale will be. He wrote the dates on my receipt. Easy peasy! Well done, Firestone!

I tried to drop my vehicle off but Daniel the manager was overwhelmed with trying to provide me with a rotation balance and alignment. This is my second negative experience at a Firestone location
