They wanted to scam me to buy a part the supposly needed but when i went to check with someone else they said there wasn’t anything wrong and they even showed me so firestone made me buy a part that wasn’t needed i thanks they just wanted me to get the part from the dealership and they keep the part and they can sell it to someone else

I went to this Firestone location this past week to get new tires. The staff and manager were so friendly, and the entire process was super quick!

Arrived at 5:30 waited 10mins to be helped. No other customers were there. Needed new tire for a flat. Was told they wouldn’t have anybody in until tomorrow… However I overheard guys in the back say “naw we were done for the night”. Before the service agent came inside. Went up the street towards Burnet Rd to the other location with 9mins left til closing & they were more than happy to help!

Everything was cool as far as customer service goes, but when I got home and checked under my hood I noticed that my air filter assembly wasn’t secured back to it’s normal state.

Got a same day appointment for regular maintenance and the work was completed in a timely manner. Ken was very helpful in relaying important information and getting us out and back with our car even though the maintenance tech didn't complete all their necessary paperwork. Thank you!

I had my truck aligned 1/9/2025. I have been driving it for two weeks on all kinds of roads to make sure it was not just me or the road and it goes to the right. I took it back within the same month because I was not satisfied with the work done and get charged $9 to check it out and get told its the roads. Again, I've drove it for two weeks to make sure. I will not recommend this company to my friends and family and if I were you I would avoid going here. I mean the manager yelling at his employee is a bad sign already.

Terrible, guy that I requested quote by the desk looked like everything I asked was a stupid question. This shop is definitely losing customers and $$ due to this behavior. I went to BONY's Tire Shop and he did the service for lower price, and an excellent service and right away, with no appointment or anything.

I took my car to this Firestone in October for an oil change. The customer service was bad as I waited all day for an oil change, and 30 minutes to actually pick my vehicle up.
3 months later, my check engine and oil lights are on, and I’m now skeptical if my oil was ever actually changed.
Thinking back now, I don’t think I ever received any paperwork or a bill of good from my service. Save your money, time, and sanity and go somewhere else to get your car serviced.

My experience was less than stellar at Firestone...Came in for a alignment. After a hour and a half I get the keys and hit the road. My car is now leaning to the right even more than before. Same day I come back for them to fix my car. After a hour and a half the tech visits me in the lobby. He broke a bolt on my car. No big deal. Things happen. They order the part from Volvo of Austin and said I'd receive a call when ready to pick up
After ubering for a couple of days I call in to get a status update on my vehicle. I'm informed it's ready to pick up. I uber to Firestone and yet again my car's alignment is still not straight...After two failed attempts to fix my vehicle. I decide to take my car to an actual alignment shop for diagnostic. Turns out the alignment was never the issue, but rather the control arm that was failing. On the hydraulic lift the technician showed me how much play the passenger side front wheel has. Way too much to be considered safe. This would have also been obvious if the tech at Firestone bothered to drive my car or even touch the loose wheel. Huge safety issue. Borderline negligence...So now I'm out almost 300 dollars after alignment services and rideshare services. AND I have to pay to get my car fixed the right way. Waste of time and money. Learn from my mistake, take your car elsewhere.
