Victor can be awfully rude. Anna and everyone else there are super chill. Wouldn’t get any service done here but they’re okay for their lifetime alignment.

Lifesavers! We are from out of state and our car suddenly had a severe grinding noise. They got us in quickly, diagnosed, and fixed the issue within an hour, when our places told us it would be days before they could get us in.

Had my radiator on my 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 crack on me. Cracked on me at the worst time because I was having fly out to England for work and did not have the time to swap it out myself. Called Firestone and spoke to Mike, told me he could have it done by the end of the same day ( called at 745 in the morning) including a tire balance and rotation. I said heck yea and ended up dropping it off around 10 that morning. Got a call around 540
Saying the truck was ready. Flew out to Europe the next afternoon. Great service and a great price.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years and the employees are unfailingly cheerful, helpful, efficient, and professional. I have not had a single bad experience with this shop and I trust their work, their judgment and their service recommendations.
