Wade was honest with me, flexible to my schedule, and the shop did excellent work. A true pleasure to work with.
The waiting area could use a refresh, however there is a good coffee shop nearby to pass the time.

The more I work with Ed the manager of my Firestone and his team, the more I see how much they go out of their way to help me for a reasonable price. Looking forward to my next visit!

I've alway's had very postive experiences at Firestone but this last time at this location was just awful . I had made an appointment a few days before but it was obvious by the garage & parking area being completely full that they over booked. I waited for almost 5 hrs and during this time they never told me that my coolant was low and that they recommemded a flush even though I specifically asked for all fluids to be checked and filled . The aligment was off as well . They over book so I won't be going back to this location which appears to be poorly managed.

Ed Edgell and the team he has assembled at this Firestone are terrific. He really helped me out when I was in a bind and pressed for time. His team was courteous and genuinely concerned with helping me. I am a big fan and will share my recommendation with others.

People be very careful when this business speaks to you because every person that is employed here including the manager is a liar and will lie to you only thinking about dollars bills. I purchased my tires and the mother of my children tires through Firestone guaranteeing free tire rotation, free front end alignment, and free road hazard in the future with a one time purchase when I first bought the expensive tires and paid for road hazard. I sent the mother of my children which are 13 and one years old to get a tire patched because we noticed the tire constantly losing air. These people told her, Firestone looked at the tire 3 or 4 times and couldn’t find a hole. She leaves trusting their word and wouldn’t you know it the tire has consistently still been losing air in that same tire Firestone wouldn’t honor their commitment to a simple patch job I already paid for. She was even sitting in Firestones waiting room with the baby to give a hint, a child will be on Firestones hands if she has a blowout. I am completely disgusted with the effort and lies of selfishness only considering money in their eyes and actions, even tho I already paid them to fix it. Then beneath that I personally took my car in for them to honor what I paid for with my car, doing a simple tire rotation, front end alignment, and even added an oil change so they could make some profit and have some motivation. Firestone calls me telling me I need this done and that done as a recommendation. The price went from a $100 synthetic oil change to me paying over $500 when I was told a way cheaper price over the phone the night before. I would like everybody to know this place is a ripoff and this Firestone uses lies and manipulation as a benefit and profit to take advantage of honest, loyal customers that think they can trust Firestone. Please try to put children’s lives before a cheating, lying business.

Have been very happy with level of service and convenience of scheduling appointment.
Usually leave vehicle for service and wait for call re any issues found or when ready to pick up.
Left vehicle at 9am per appointment time and called at 3pm to check on progress and was told vehicle was was being worked on and would soon be ready. This seemed a long wait for a state inspection and an oil change but it was ready by 3.30pm.

Well, if you don't mind waiting..
They are very busy all the time, they do have returning customers.
Their staff is very friendly, they try to keep you updated.
Wish we could get better oil prices though.

Booked an appointment to fix a flat tire on their website. When I visited the store, they told me the shop computer doesn't sync with online reservation system. After a long wait time for 3 hours, and told me they couldn't fix the flat, and tried to upsell me to buy a new tire. I just had my tire replaced about a month ago. Went to a nearby tire shop, and they fixed the tire in 15 mins.

Service representatives were knowledgeable and up front about costs. The mechanic was an excellent problem solver. The services were completed in a timely manner. Overall experience was excellent.
