Went in on a Sunday for tire replacement and rotation . Great that they found a tire in a nearby location and could do it. BUT…They lost two of the 4 special BMW tire valve caps. They forgot to rotate the tire. We had to go back to get the tire rotated. Time wasted. And then…after the rotation, they did not put in the correct tire pressure. We specifically asked about the pressure and they said the paperwork said it was checked. It wasn’t. Front tire has back tire pressure and back tire has front. Very very sloppy. People are friendly but sloppy work. How can that many mistakes be made with such a simple job? We had been a customer. I won’t be coming back.

I went in for simple maintenance; emissions inspection, tire rotation, and oil change and I left with an $800 bill. I was fully ripped off, overpriced additional services and after waiting for 2 hours will need to go back because did not pass inspection. Will never go back.

I rushed in an hour before closing with a tire going flat from being punctured on my way home from work. With the bays full with other vehicles, they still accepted my tire issue. Had me in and out of there within the hour. Impeccable customer service! I will be returning and will be telling anyone that needs tires.

I came in thinking I would need to replace 2 tires. Last time I did that it wasn't cheap. I scheduled an appointment for the morning the night before and not only did they get me in and out in 30 min, they replaced one and identified no need to replace the other. Saved hundreds on that job alone and the timeliness of their service allowed me a full day to run my errands.

My wife’s 2022 Honda needed a new splash guard and the dealership wanted about $400 to replace. Firestone ordered the part and installed for $180. However, a few days ago the splash guard was dragging again and when I checked it out I could see that Firestone uses zip ties to attach the one they “installed” and some of the zip ties broke, which is why it was dragging the ground. We dropped it off at the deal shop this morning and because of what Firestone didn’t do correctly, now there is even more damage and it’s going to cost almost $600 to fix it correctly. Luckily, I have the best credit card and I disputed the charge and have already been issued a permanent credit for the charge of $180 from Firestone. My advice, don’t take you care to this location for anything.

Great customer service from everyone on the team. I talked to 3 different people and they all had great energy and clear communication.
I went in to diagnose a screeching coming from my 2021 Hyundai Tucson wheels with 54k miles.
I couldn't get in with the local Hyundai dealer and based off my previous wonderful experiences with this Firestone Location, I decided to give them a ring.
They invited me in same day, they diagnosed the repair to replace all the pads and rotors (I drove Uber/Lyft so I'm putting a lot of wear on my brakes) and left the car overnight.
They were very forthcoming about discounts and promotions that were listed on their website and applied them without even asking me, amazing!
I opted to also get my brake fluid flushed and replaced which doubles the warranty on the brakes and there is also a lifetime warranty on the parts as long as I own it.
Also opted to apply for the Firestone credit card which gave me an additional $150 off the services. All in all saved close to $300.
Brakes have never been better, will absolutely come back!

Initially visited for an oil change and state inspection. They changed my oil and charged me for a courtesy inspection instead of a state inspection for $100.
A few weeks later, I returned because my car was leaking oil and notified me of ‘reduced engine power’. They replaced my oil regulator and vacuum pump which alleviated my CPU code.
However when i returned home, my vehicle was still leaking oil. I returned my vehicle for their review. They looked, assumed the leak was coming from the transmission, then referred me to a transmission specialist.
After taking my vehicle to a local shop, they discovered that it was not the transmission, the prior mechanic tightened the vacuum pump too tight and squished the gasket thus causing the leaking fuel.
The mechanic’s negligence has caused damage to my vehicle and instead of fixing it, they sent me to a transmission specialist.

I have changed the tires recently. I was expecting them to put the new tires on rear and old tires on front but unfortunately, they put the tires on front and didn't check the tire pressure on old tires. These things are small, and they can do it without expecting customer has to specifically tell them to do this.

Wish I could give less than 1 star rating, I went there for vehicle inspection, service is pathetic. They broke my wheel cover and didn’t even take responsibility. Said it was broken when I arrived but didn’t bothered me informing first. Didn’t even have courtesy to offer me to fix or find some solution to attach or remove it. I had to remove it myself and kept in trunk, manager came and said nothing, just mention it’s broken and can’t be fixed. Avoid it possible.
