Wonderful place! Great customer service!! I was told by Jiffy Lube that basically the entire car was doomed, nope, Firestone fixed my problem in an hour for half the price other mechanics quoted.

Brought in my Mercedes E550 for a Radiator change and Airmatic suspension work.. Patrick I believe was the General Manager and was very patient with my car and took his time with the vehicle since it’s a Euro car and bit more complicated to work on stuff then other cars, so we bumped into few issues but Patrick wasn’t giving up on fixing those problems 100% for me. After 2-3 weeks the car was completely done and I was happy with the outcome. Thanks to Patrick

I was charged $121.10 in labor alone to replace a low beam headlight. Before the service was done, I was told the price was that high because the bumper had to be removed to do that. I had watched 4 different videos for my make and model car, and none of them did that. They just unscrewed 2 screws. I am disabled and cannot do this by myself so I told them to go ahead. They did not have to remove the bumper. They unscrewed 2 screws. I watched the entire process. It took a total of 20 minutes. And he took his sweet time. I do believe the labor time was much less unscrewing 2 screws than it would be to remove the entire bumper. If I return to Firestone, it will only be for an oil change. I have been a Firestone customer for a long time, but cannot afford to be overcharged, which I believe I was.

Today was an exceptional experience at Firestone, especially given the short notice. They accommodated me on the same day and ensured a quick turnaround. Unlike my usual Firestone, where wait times were excessively long, this visit halved the usual waiting period. Moreover, their approach to prorating my tires was straightforward, and they honored their commitment without any hassle. I'm definitely returning to this Firestone in the future.

UPDATE:*** The manager called, apologized and offered to handle my inspection - without charge. However I have not had a day off and wont for the next 7 days so I haven't had a chance to go. Most likely I will take my business elsewhere but I appreciate the courteous gesture. While I appreciate the efforts of some of your staff, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my recent visit. On [Date], I brought my vehicle in for service, and I interacted with three individuals during my visit. The first representative, [First Representative's Name], was polite and professional. He provided me with updates on my vehicle and explained the necessary inspections. However, I found it unusual when he requested that I text him my insurance card for the inspection. The second individual I interacted with, [Second Representative's Name], was rude and unhelpful when I sought information about the issue with my windshield washer pump. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Moreover, the third representative, [Third Representative's Name], informed me that my vehicle was ready, only to discover that the inspection had not been performed. Given that I dropped off my vehicle at 7:15 am, I find this lack of attention to detail and the delay in service unacceptable.I value the reputation of Firestone and have been a customer in the past. However, this recent experience has left me reconsidering my choice of service providers. I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I hope that my concerns can contribute to the improvement of customer service at your location.I kindly request that you investigate these matters and take appropriate steps to address the issues I have raised. I believe that resolving these concerns will not only benefit me as a customer but also contribute to the overall improvement of your service quality.

Went to get the rattling noise fixed coming from a loose heat shield above the exhaust. Went to Austin Automotive Specialists first but they refused to quote the fix without the $70 inspection that includes unrelated miscellaneous checks such as battery health and fluid levels. In contrast, this amazing lady at the Firestone reception took great care. She had the mechanic look at the problem right away, booked me an appointment and had it fixed for $35 only.

Generally disorganized and unprofessional.I've been in a few times because it's less than 1/2 mile from where I live. One of the first times I came in I didn't know how busy it was, asked for a routine maintenance service and sat there for 2hrs waiting. Had I know that it would take 90 mins to get my vehicle in the shop I wouldn't have. When you work 7days/12hrs, you have very little free time.Another time I visited I received a call for work COMPLETED only to get there and that was not the truth.Every time I've gone in there are new employees. Is there a large employee turnover rate? Poor management?

I was i need of a new place to get an oil change for my 2016 Volkswagen GTI, I have never used Firestone before, but trusted in the brand name to be professional and give me the services I needed as expected. This location was close and convenient and the prices were reasonable. I decided to give them a try. I WILL NEVER USE FIRESTONE AGAIN!!! On Oct 1st I went in to get a simple oil change. I thought that I had scheduled an appointment online, but was told when I arrived that I only scheduled an appointment request. I was the only customer in the office at the time, and was told that they would take my car.The wait was extremally long, but because I did not make an appointment correctly, I was understanding that I would need to wait longer than normal. I ended up waiting around 3 hours. I have been working an overnight shift and have only been using this car to drive to work and back. About 2 weeks later, my check oil levels light came on when I was driving home from work. I checked the oil level and there was nothing on the dip stick. I immediately took the car back to the shop around 7:15am(15 min after opening). I explained the problem and the guy took the keys and said that he would check out the problem. He came back to me saying that the drain plug was cheap plastic and was not replaced(like the manufacture suggests). He said that they would replace the drain plug and the oil. After waiting 5hrs, I finally got my car back. As I had, at this point, been awake for over 24hrs straight, and needed to be ready for my next work shift, I was tired and did not check the work they did and assumed that the problem had been fixed. Today, the problem happened again. On my way home from work, the check oil levels light came on again, this time with a check engine light, and a warning to turn off engine. I pulled over and there was nothing on the dip stick and now I fear there may be some major issues with my car. Stuck on the side of the road, I called Firestone customer service and explained the problem and asked how they plan to remedy the situation. I was told that a note was given to the manager and I should be contacted in 2 days. 2 DAYS? I explained that I was on the side of the road, and needed my car for work. The only thing the representative could say is that she passed the note along and gave me the number to a local tow shop,(with no promise or mention of reimbursement). When the rep gave me the file number, she stated the first 6 numbers slowly and clearly, then rattled off about 12 other numbers and then the line when silent. I stayed on the line and asked if she was still there, and there was nothing for about 2 min. The call was disconnected and now I need to get a tow truck, find a new shop, and now repair all the damages. I will say again, DO NOT USE FIRESTONE!!! If they can not even do a simple oil change, then do not trust them to even touch your car.

DISHONEST and I will never visit this location again. On a Friday, this shop performed 4 services: car care package (basically a multipoint inspection), tire rotation, coolant exchange, and state inspection. They called later that day and reported that the car failed the state inspection because tire tread was too low (less than 2/32"). I declined the immediate tire replacement they offered so I could shop around. The car care package included a battery test, which passed. Over the weekend, I consulted written notes regarding defects on each wheel and realized the tires had not been rotated. I measured the tread depth myself at 3/32" and 4/32". On Monday, I had a different shop inspect the tread depth, and they also measured 3 or 4. I returned to this Firestone to hold them accountable for completing the rotation. They did so, but they also called to recommend a car care package (the same service they performed 3 days before) and a battery replacement (suddenly failing, even though it tested fine on Friday). The last straw was when they suggested new tires as a preventive maintenance step because they were "currently measuring at 5/32-6/32" of tread depth." The way I see it, they basically lied about tread depth on Friday to coerce me into buying new tires, and they recommended services I didn't need. Absolutely dishonest.

For just a flat tire, they made me wait for 3 and a half hours there, and whenever I asked what's going on with my tire they said yeah we're working on it. And once I was completely angry they said sorry we put someone right now on your car. It means they were lying the whole time. That aside, fixing a flat tire takes 2 minutes, but they preferred to work on engines and transmissions and other cars with major problems instead of getting this easy task out of their way. Very unprofessional and not recommended. Not even apologised for that.
