I did a complete car inspection and was told that my brakes were 95% shot and that I needed to get them replaced immediately, and that my tires were also in need of replacement. The following day I took my car to get inspected by a family member who owns a mechanic shop and has been in the car business for 40 years and they told me my tires still had another year to go at the very least and that my brakes were only 60% worn. I will definitely not be going back to Firestone.

May 23, memorial weekend. I took my car for a one hour diagnostic, nine days later I get my car back. That’s beside the point. On said day, a technician,( if you can call them that), was test driving my car, and wrecked it. He was involved in a collision with another lady. No one saw this, no one was there except tech and the lady. A Firestone manager, whom was headed to the airport, calls me and says my car was in a wreck and that. It was not their fault. They proceeded to say that they had moved my car and parked it, and the diagnosis was final and complete. Their findings are what is currently wrong with my car, not what I initially took it in for. My car was fully functioning and drivable I just bought it 6 months ago. Now I need front end suspension, axles, drive train, mounts, transmission leak, front end sensors busted, alignment, tires. NOTHING ..NOTHING.. from them. No help,, NOTHING!! I now have no car, and no resolution. This Firestone is the worst. If anyone can help me or knows what to do about this. I would gladly appreciate it.

It’s the worst service, booked an appointment to drop the car for service at noon, mentioned it would take 2 hours for service. Didn’t get any update until end of the day. I called back to get an update but the lady at front desk said it would take until tomorrow and lying that they already said it would be until tomorrow. No clear communication from them

They totally ignored that I was in the lobby/waiting area the entire time so I was there an additional hour for my state inspection. I was already storming up to the desk to get my keys and go when I heard the employee 20ft in front of me start to leave a voicemail on my phone. They had left one approx 1hr prior never checking the waiting room for me. I can't believe I stayed there for 2 hrs. Especially when an employee started doing call after call on speakerphone at top volume for the whole 2nd hour. I won't be returning. For anything.

The technician (named Augy) who serviced the vehicle was very nice, professional, and efficient. A score 9 out of 10.
However, the reason my rating was a 6 was because the person at the reception desk (named PJ Aguinaldo) was not friendly and did not appreciate my business as he kept asking me to go to other stores. I dropped off my EV at ~10:15am to have a simple state safety inspection. I had called the store before and based on online research, there is a 2-hour dropoff for car to be inspected. However, PJ Aguinaldo kept telling me to go to other stores because he said he wouldn't be able to have my car inspected until EIGHT hours later at 6pm.
I returned to the store 2 hours later to inquire status on getting my car having the safety inspection done. The inspector was very nice and professional and completed the safety inspection right away in 10 mins instead of having to wait another 6 hours (I was stranded at the store location without my car).
