I recently leased an office space with Firmspace and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Google gave me a really hard time with verification, requiring three separate video submissions, but Halie made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly accommodating—providing me with placards of my company logo, helping me record the verification videos, and ensuring my desk setup was perfect.
She went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have done it without her help. Highly recommend Firmspace for anyone looking for a professional and seamless office leasing experience. Thank you, Halie!

'24/7 Access' Bait and Switch -- AC not included.I really want to love Firmspace, with its competitive pricing, great location, professional aesthetic, and excellent desk staff members. But the painful truth is that the 24/7 access is false advertising because it's too hot to work outside normal business hours. I had the hopes of being able to use my private office to work 9-5 plus an average of 10 non-standard business hours per week. But the painful truth is that those 10 non-standard hours must be in ~80 degree heat, or unless I pay an extra $1,840 per month ($46 per hour of AC) for the luxury service of AC in the Texas summer.The marketing and lease terms promise "24/7 access", but fail to mention that the air conditioning operates solely during standard business hours (M-F). As I write this, while the AC is supposedly on, the thermometer in my office reads 77 degrees F. During off-hours (6:30pm-8:30am M-F, all day Sat/Sun), the temperature in the office fluctuates between a sweltering 77-80 degrees F, even when the outdoor temperature is cooler.When I first requested that the temperature in my office be a few degrees lower, I was told it was the building's eco-friendly policy to not run AC in the evenings and on weekends. (This, despite the massive ground-floor lobby of the building being a crisp 68 degrees F all day, every day).After a weekend meeting and several late work nights spent drenched in sweat, I submitted a request to see if there was an airflow problem with my office in particular. The HVAC crew informed me that it's as simple as the landlord pressing a button on their "app" to kick the AC into gear. However, instead of any solution or even compromise, I was then told that this was all "normal" and that if I wanted actual room temperature working conditions outside of 8:30am-6:30pm, I would need to request AC in advance and expect to pay $46/hour for the luxury of sub-80 degree heat in my office.Simply put, save yourself the sweat and potential computer equipment damage - look elsewhere unless you plan to use this strictly 9-5 M-F.
