Terrible service, we took the car because it was recommended by a friend of his who works at BMW San Antonio to fix a small paint damage on the hood, and the work was very poorly done. They left the car with paint spots, and the manager claimed it was tree sap stains even though it's always kept in the garage. Not to mention, we had to take it in several times, and they damaged the hood emblem. Terrible service!"

I came in distraught after getting quotes from multiple collision centers, and found this place by chance. The staff were respectable, punctual and very communicative. They fixed my car in half the amount of time and half the price of most of the other centers. I've already verbally given friends their information and hope this place stays open if I'm ever in another accident!

My first shout out goes to Dominic. He takes so much pride in his work and giving customers exactly what they need. Communicating with him is effortless, he’s respectful and kind, and all about making sure that the customer satisfied.Working with this shop has been comforting and I highly recommend to anyone needing body work done to their vehicle.Excellent work and if I could give it 10 stars, I would!

I never write reviews but I had to for First Class Collision. Even though the storms last week knocked out their power, they still got my car done on time, and it looks beautiful! Dominique kept me up to date throughout the process and answered all my questions, friendly as can be. They even gave me a ride to the Enterprise when I dropped off my car. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Wonderful crew.Services: Painting

I AM SO THANKFUL!!!!! Let me tell you about first class. This body shop was booked through my insurance company and as many of you know not much is available right now so I went with it. The process of setting up an appointment and getting my car in was a breeze. I was even going out of town that week and they worked around that schedule to pick a time that suited me best and I could drop it off and while I was gone they would start working on the collision damage I had. Beautiful, right. Fast forward two weeks later I get a call from the wonderful Dominic saying my car was already done!!! Mind you it was a pretty bad wreck, I couldn’t even open my passenger door. I couldn’t believe it. First Class went above and beyond with repairing my car and even detailed the inside for me before I picked it up. My car looks absolutely amazing and I want to thank everyone who personally worked on my car, because you all deserve the world!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

THESE GUYS ARE AH-MAZING! I can’t believe the incredible level of service here. Dominic is SO kind and so responsive. They took amazing care and really went above and beyond. Very good price for all that I needed (and I had called around). One of a few things they did for me was a paint job on a section of the car and it’s perfect. They had the car done when they said they would. I appreciate them so much! Highly highly recommend this place. Thank you Dominic!! It was a true joy doing business with you. ?

They helped me with my car window that had a leak in the window I called took it there the guy was nice enough to bend my door back in minutes and fixed my leak from water coming in definitely recommend this place
