The staff was very friendly, and contacted me right away to answer all of my questions. I was in a situation that I needed help immediately, and they were all so nice and supportive in helping me in such a short time that I needed it! I am glad I did not listen to the very few reviews here that were negative, I don't think I would have gotten the same help so quickly if I waited for the other lender I reached out to....which finally reached back out to me 10 days AFTER these guys did!

I can not get ahold of a supervisor and the lady raised her voice at me and threatened to release the call on me I told her please do not raise your voice at me I just need to speak to a supervisor and she hung upI did nothing but ask because I know I explained the situation that I have not been able to get solved for three months now and nobody can return a call or answer the messages on their web site. So I have been calling and everyone is hanging up on my partner and I. This company is anything but professional and has zero customer service.

Horrible customer service!!! Unfortunetly I had to use this lender due to a "closing bonus" my builder was giving me. FCM has left a horrible flavor in my mouth along with all the neighbors around me in my neighborhood! I will never do business with these people again, stay away unless you are looking for a HUGE headache!
