I will not go back to this location. I'm actually pulling up my roots and going elsewhere now. I was lied to, not only by the teller, but the manager- who told me to call the 1800 number because they were my only hope of help. When speaking to them, their response was, "I don't know why he would have told you to call us. There is nothing that we can do to help and he knows that."I've banked with FCB for 4 years now because I've generally had a positive experience. No problems until I really need my bank to take care of me. Not only did they fail, but they were also extremely rude about it.They made sure to let me know that I am now only a problem to which they have no help or solution.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I recommend banking with them they're the ONLY bank open on Sundays. Every branch I've been too the staff are welcoming, extremely friendly and nice.

So I went to 1st Convenience Bank on South Congress Av Austin Texas and was so delighted to have Dania help me with a lock out with my account....accesses money from a difficult card that had money on it so i could make a deposit and she was so kind thoughtful and she listened... offered suggestions and I left with a smile on my face....her assistance comforted me on a hectic day....Thank you 5 * Dania....you are wonderful

I so glad that this HEB has this bank inside their store! I live in the South Austin area, and I love that its open 7 days a week! The bankers here are very welcoming, and I can bank and shop at my favorite store!
