I been going here since I was in highschool, I could have give out more stars if it wasn’t for the busyness off this gym, the sauna and bathroom is alway a little bit dirty to my liking. But if you just want to work out and do cardio they have enough machines and weights for that MAYBE…be prepared for minimum of 5 people constantly asking “how many sets you got left?”

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable so nothing against the staff. My bill went up recently due to premium membership but ironically even though I’m permitted to use the court they won’t supply me a ball to use. I heard different reasons for the price increase but let’s move on.The equipment is okay. When I’m not fighting off an angry steroid fiend at the bench or any other area I’m usually on a quest finding weights to use. Barbells aren’t where they’re suppose to be half the time as well as the dumbbells and kettlebells. But you’ll earn no extra XP for finding these, just time wasted.I’ve made it a habit to wipe down machines before and afterwards due to the underlining fact that half the ppl don’t wipe down after sweating a storm. This goes for benches, treadmills as well as mats.For the premium feature basketball court I often find myself surfing on the floor, sliding around. I wish they would take better care of the floors for a premium feature and offer equipment (basketballs) if we have access to this.The gym etiquette doesn’t exist which is frustrating. Especially when I see an older person trying to work out, be healthy and move around but these rats won’t un rack heavy weights on smith machines, move out the way taking up small spaces and walk ways.Overall there are good people hear and staff but the information is everywhere and some of the gym rats need some help4 year member

50 /50 chance that no employees show up in the morning to open the gym. Usually very crowded. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Horrible experience I moved and when I tried to cancel they said I did a contract when I clearly stated I wanted month to month don’t fall for the low price place is scummy and use bait and switch tactics not worth it

Solid gym. Staff are friendly and helpful and there’s plenty of amenities. Wish the members would wipe down machines and re rack weights. I waste so much time looking for the right equipment or checking if equipment is available bc of this. The lake creek location doesn’t have this problem at all. Overall great gym, wish members behaved better

March 23: it’s Saturday and they should open at 7. It’s almost 8 and ppl are outside waiting lmaooo. Reimburse our fees kekekeke.Go back to 24 hrs. Create more jobs, and allow ppl to use their membership how they signed up. I signed up for 24 hrs. Or please let me know if I can get a membership monthly reduced.Edit: they’re raising price and not going back to 24 hrs lmaoooooooo how do I give negative stars?

The GYM is very clean, the service is very good and has a variety of equipment for any type of training.

It's a decent gym for the price. The sauna is inconsistent in temperature either that or it's shut down for service, but that's because people like to splash water on the heaters or other foreign liquids. Don't like the hours of operation, but that's a personal quarrel. Needless to say I still go here and still enjoy it.

This gym is This gym is not acceptable, it is always full, I finished the contract because I called several times and they told me that if it ended in March, which was my contract, I would have to pay because it turns out that I came to fulfill my contract exactly in March and I had to pay anyway, that's not the case. That's what she said on the phone, I would say if they don't have people prepared to give good information, don't hire them. I really didn't understand, he told me what I had to do. finish my contract in March that's why I had to pay but it's really stupid because I was canceling the same month that I had already done for the year

Always give 1 star for dishonest business practices and that's what I encountered here. Facilities are fine but I was a charged a $53 "annual fee" one year after I signed up that I was originally told was a one-time signup fee. Called customer service and tried explaining to them that I hadn't visited in over 10 months so could they revert the $53 since I was calling to cancel anyway and the "annual fee" was charged only 6 days ago and they were unhelpful.

Great gym and equipment. STOP the filming. We are tired of it. It's obnoxious, invasive, and just cringe. You guys allowing this in your facility just emphasizes how far away the industry has strayed from the plot. Also we need 24/7.
