Tonight we Went to the store 30 minutes before it closed to pick up some thing and after being in the store for 10 minutes we could hear a gentleman yelling five more minutes, five more minutes. After five minutes could hear the gentleman yelling bring your stuff to the front bring your stuff to the front. Then he’s followed us around the store yelling bring your items to the front. We told the gentleman that we were going to the front and that we still had 10 more minutes, so he would stop yelling at us. He let us know “ we are on five below time “ Found this behavior completely rude considering we weren’t even in the store one minute pass closing. I asked the gentleman his name and he said his name was Daniel

First off... it says Five Below. This means everything is $5 and below. They need to change the name. Some items are marked. Many are not. But hey, what do you really expect?? Nice place to take the kiddos for treats and prizes on a budget. Cute selection of all kinds of toys and books. They have makeup, but I didn't really look too far into it. There is a plus section, which is $10 and up.

Me and my gf were walking by when we decided to stop by for a quick haul . We wanted some Halloween trinkets to give out and such. But as I go to open the door I see it’s locked with clearly 20 minutes left before their front store sign says they’re closed. I can see from the glass two employees huddled talking and laughing by the check outs . Wouldn’t a business want to stay open to pay their bills and staff ? How unfortunate…

I needed to buy a box but they didn't have it. A man who works there kindly offered me one that they were going to throw away. When I took it, a woman who works there told me that they didn't sell it and that I couldn't take it. Please, it's something you're going to throw away. What bad service.

5 things here, last point is definitely the WEIRDEST EXPERIENCE
Smells like mold and sweat, the smells get more odious throughout the store. The employees are NOT helpful in the least bit, they don’t want to help or speak to anyone. 2 of us (random customers) stood there and then decided to help one another because stare off with the employee was... awkward. The self checkout is not self checkout, the employee does the self check for you. But will not bag fyi—
Now the WEIRDEST.. there was about 3 people in the not-self check out and obviously everyone is frustrated with the one girl. So I’m like, why don’t you call someone to help? This girl literally acted like she was AFRAID to call for help and she kept repeating very quietly and looking around “I’m not supposed to, I’m not supposed to” the woman behind me even said “girl, what?”
Like this girl was terrified like a child, she looked like she was about to cry. I even put a few of my items back because.. wow 😳
Anyway, shipping is $7 for fivebelow. I’m NEVER goin into that store again. Gladly give times and dates for this... someone should check on that girl🫣
