Flamingo Automotive is a fantastic choice to get your daily driver, fun weekend car, or track weapon serviced. During the service of my 2001 Nissan and 2013 Lotus, they were transparent on what they did, how they did it, and voiced any concerns / issues they found with the vehicle, regardless of how little they were. Called to ask about availability and the guy on the phone was so incredibly rude. My AC was out and I drive a ton for my job and was looking to get it fixed asap, and he was so snippy with me about asking if they could squeeze me in. Just unnecessary. I’ll never attempt to go back after treatment like that.

Early evening left my vehicle where they told me to, in the front parking for service. My vehicle was broken into, everything was stolen. Windows smashed!!!

I recently took my car to Flamingo for a State inspection and oil change. Their trained professional technicians handle routine maintenance at a fair price. I especially appreciate that they checked my battery and let me know it was getting weak. Because they "look down the road" and practice preventive maintenance, I was able to get a new battery installed while my car was in the shop instead of waiting for it to fail and leave me stranded somewhere. Grateful to Flamingo! They keep Austin cars running safely.

This shop stores tires behind its building that year after year creates a mosquito infestation for all of the adjacent neighborhoods. Multiple pleas from us, our neighbors, businesses in the area - all goes unheard… even with offers to take care of the problem by handling it ourselves.

The team at Flamingo have been awesome setting my Honda S2000 up for the track. They're the first shop that's ever taken time to understand the car and my goals exactly. Thanks so much to them for handling my varied, and sometimes off-the-wall, projects. This car has become the reliable, track-focused build I dreamt of because of their expertise, hard-work and attention to detail. The only shop I trust to do things the right way and care as much about my car as I do.

The nicest people I have come across in Austin so far. I stopped here and although they were super busy they took the time out to check my car for me to make sure it was safe enough to drive back home thousands of miles away. I appreciate you guys and would recommend them to anyone in the Austin area

It was recommended to me to take my vehicle to to this shop by the manager of Groovy Lube. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t what it was chalked up to be. The mechanic, Joe, was very gate keeping and evasive about the details of my car. When I asked for clarity instead of hypotheticals, he told me to take my car elsewhere. I’m disappointed.

Went in with a screw in tire sidewall. Plugged the tire and aired it up and suggested we go get a new tire. They did not have the correct tire size so they referred us elsewhere. Very nice and informative. Flamingo even plugged our tire for free!
