I was sold a top of line flooring with a lifetime warranty to withstand dogs and kids and wheelchairs. Within ONE month, it was stripping! $20,000 in cost and labor and they send out their own inspector whose report had NUMEROUS inaccuracies in order to void the warranty. The quality of the floors is awful and they will never honor the warranty. You're better off with home depot floors - those lasted us 10 years!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Dalton, the managing designer. I came in completely overwhelmed and under a tight timeline for my bathroom remodel, and Dalton truly saved the day.
I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but I was stuck on finding the right tile for my shower. Dalton took the time to understand my vision and then elevated it in ways I never would have thought of on my own. He put together design options that not only matched my inspiration but actually improved it—bringing the whole look to life beautifully.
Beyond his design expertise, Dalton’s customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my choices and left the store excited instead of stressed. Thanks to him, I’m beyond thrilled with the final design direction for my bathroom.

Excellent experience. I want to thank Josue Portillo for assisting us so professionally with tile. Austin Shipman in the cashier area for directing us to find the things we needed and setting us up with loading arrangements. Oscar and Josue for loading the travertine in our truck. Amazing teamwork. Floor and Decor provides old-fashioned service that construction supply stores are no longer able to provide.

I had an incredibly great experience at Florida decor. All of the staff was Extremely helpful and loaded up my truck. Pricing was great. Everything was straightforward and easy, seamless experience. Was able to purchase new flooring for our Dumpster Dogs office.
