My wife & I are replacing some backsplash, and needed help in picking a replacement. We were having trouble picking something. We signed up for a 1 hour design session with Tyler.
I had low expectations because we had done this at another store with little value. However, Tyler was fantastic. He pulled floor & cabinet samples similar to what we had, and that helped to visualize. He also had great taste & comments.
We will buy from this store, and Tyler was fantastic.

I have been calling regularly for two days and no one answers the phones.
I am a GC and place orders all the time at other floor and decor locations, but this location on Braker Ln has always given me issues.
I need to confirm order details with the pro desk and literally no one ever answers the phone for the pro desk.
I tried calling the store and tried to get any employee to answer, but no one answered as well.
What is the point of having a dedicated pro team if they don’t even answer the phones???
I guess I have to waste time and drive over there to speak to someone in person….huge waste of valuable time!!

Honestly I don't know what to say. Johnathan is phenomenal. We came in to buy damaged and discounted tile for a creative project and it was beyond cheap. I could have afforded this with my monthly allowance when I was 7 years old.

My trip to Floor and Decor was great!
I had the opportunity to work with Courtney she was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable about her products. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, so I appreciated that she didn't waste my time showing me tons of flooring I wasn't interested in. Courtney was on point and very knowledgeable about her products. I gave her a brief description of the flooring I had in mind she immediately showed me what I was looking for. I'm in sales myself, so I consider myself to be a tough customer to please, but I not only found the flooring I wanted, I ended up with back splash for my kitchen and tile for my bathrooms. Courtney was a gem. She made our transaction go seamlessly, and I feel confident that it's going to look great.
I can honestly say I will do business with floor and Decor in the future!

I can only hope that when the time comes to install the flooring and back splash, I'm as fortunate to have the same experience. Fingers crossed.

Although I haven't used the products from Floor and Decor yet, I want to commend Jacob, the store manager, for his excellent customer service. Jacob ensures customers have a great experience and want to return. I also want to thank Deja for her amazing customer service skills. Both Jacob and Deja make shopping at Floor and Decor a pleasure.

We are remodeling our bath and we’re so lucky to have Brenda Morgan help us with tile selection . She has excellent product knowledge and was very patient. She answered all our questions and sent us home with samples.
