I wish I could put 6 stars!!! Kevin and Megan were absolutely amazing. They helped me pick the perfect watch for my wedding, engraved it and adjusted the size in the same day. Highly recommend!!!

Miguel is a stud! I throughly enjoyed my experience working with him to get 2 watches and more gear from the store. Knows the product and mechanics behind the watches very well.

Ordered the Raptor Pro in mid April, was able to coonect to my device and wore it twice and had nothing but issues with it staying connecting to my device. I constantly had to reset the watch and reconnect it to my devices. After doing this multiple times with no luck I decided to reach out to customer service. After multiple back and forth with customer service they said they could do nothing but offer a discount on me purchasing another watch. They said because the watch is scratched. The watch was worn twice and scratch or not the point is that is not working properly.So do not believe that they guarantee their product because as I have learned at the expense of a raptor pro I can not use, it is not true.

Went into Fossil at Barton springs Saturday afternoon with a gift for my boyfriend. With absolutely no clue where to start, the staff was great and very patient. They listened and was very tentative with what I needed.The person that helped me the most was Ofelia. She never gave up hope on finding the perfect gift and I even helped with personalizing it.Great experience and I will be recommending her customer service to everyone.

Ofelia was amazing, she helped me decide what size was best for my trip and helped me decide on colors. She was super patient and answered all my questions, she even convinced me I needed new sunglasses :).

I left a watch with more than enough time for just a battery replacement. Was told to wait 30 to 45 min. Never got a return call and we waited way before the mall closed only to show up and see they closed early and I never got a call for pick up and no text to get my watch back. I do not live close. Now I have to come all the way back because there was no follow up and no notice if it was ever ready.

Laurel. is. amazing!!! It is so hard to work holidays and she does it with such a good vibe and so much grace. I was absolutely blown away by her customer service - especially when she said she was working late the night before Christmas Eve to emboss and engrave people's presents in time for Christmas! Laurel's service is the kind that takes a brand to the next level. Thank you 1000 times to Laurel for her kindness and energy! We will be coming back to Fossil for so many gifts in the future!
