I can't say enough good things about Four Hands and especially Elizabeth. She helped me (patiently) for the past month while I made decisions, changed my mind, added, deleted.....you get the point. She was always super communicative, upbeat and friendly. She answered my questions, addressed my concerns and always responded promptly. Highly professional and just a great person. Later in the process, Ragel was awesome as well. Thank you Elizabeth & Four Hands for 5-star service.

The furniture is excellent quality and the sales/designers so helpful and accommodating. Liz went beyond the call to ensure we received the right piece for our home and we're very happy with our purchase. Would definitely shop at the Four Hands Austin showroom again.

Furniture quality is fine. Customer service is less than acceptable. Check your receipts and invoices, make sure you were not overcharged.

Nice modern furniture.... without some of the garish pieces many call modern. Worth the trip. Look at the map though, if you aren't familiar with the area.

Elizabeth and the Four Hands staff are amazing! It’s furniture shopping with your own personal interior designer, and the customer service is off the chain. Elizabeth always has an immediate response. She is definitely passionate about design, and she’s taught us so much. Our home wouldn’t be as comfortable as it is without Elizabeth and Four Hands! Thank you for everything! #amazing!

I went into the showroom today in search of a bench for my living room and a king sized bed frame. I had the best experience with both Amy Vickers and Kenneth. They went above and beyond for me. They measured and gave very real opinions and were efficient and organized. Also, a shoutout to a new area of the showroom that is called the open box area. Some excellent pieces at a fraction of retail. Similar to the FH outlet but seemingly most items in a little better shape than what I've found at the outlet. I love shopping locally with FH and it's great to have such top notch service that match the quality of their products. All around excellent and fun day at Four Hands.

So far my experience with Four Hands has been exceptional. Especially working directly with Elizabeth. She is the real MVP! Her communication with us as her clients was impeccable. We are moving across the country so to have someone walk you through the process and have that support was comforting to us.

I've hired Four Hands Home to do 2 rooms in my house: the guest room and living room. For both rooms, the design and execution were flawless. I gave Nealie and Shannon a short description of what I was looking for: leaning masculine, nothing overly designed or cluttered, and classic. (I wanted the design to last and not go out of style.) During the design process, they sent over a few options on the big things: sofa in the living room, bed for the guest room, etc. They never overwhelmed me with too many options which I very much appreciated. And they picked the smaller things themselves: nightstands in the guest room, coffee table in the living room, accessories, etc. When their design was complete, they sent over a PowerPoint, gave me a REASONABLE price and set a date to do the install. They organized the movers for me to bring in the new furniture and remove the old. I only had to pay the moving company's invoice. I left my house for the day and they came in and did the install. When I got home, I was blown away by their work. Both rooms looked incredible and were accessorized perfectly. Their attention to detail was also noteworthy; for example, since Four Hands does not offer linens, they sent me a link of what to buy and I came home to a made bed. They understood what I wanted and didn't stray from that or try to upsell me on anything I didn't want. We are doing my bedroom next and will likely end up doing the whole house over time. If you are looking for turnkey service, look no further than Nealie and her team. They're exceptional.

I recently purchased a condo, and I bought all new furniture and ordered 90% online. Working with Four Hands has been the most frustrating company to work with. I worked with a Four Hands dealer to purchase my table, so this review will be solely on my experience with Four Hands.The quality and craftsmanship of the table are beautiful. I purchased the Four Hands Brennan Dining Table - Dove Oak. I wanted a unique table, and Four Hands accomplished that. The customer service and business needs improvement.The table took extremely long to ship. I understand there is a supply chain shortage, but I purchased the table in November. I was given an estimate for arrival in April, and I did not receive it until the end of June. Next, the wrong color bean was shipped with my table. Four Hands did issue a 30% discount after an investigation, so I was satisfied with the resolution. My only problem was the time I had to go back and forth between the third party and Four Hands for two weeks.I am working on styling the table, so I wanted to understand what paint was used for the table. Four Hands could not help with that. They suggested I hire a color professional. I hired a painter professionally, and they requested a wood sample. The third party I spoke to told me to reach out to Four Hands. I called Four Hands-on on 9/16/22, and they told me they could only send samples to companies they have a partnership with and call the company back. I called the company, and they said they emailed Four Hands and would not send a sample. They can only provide an online picture. Four Hands, you can't give the paint or the piece so I can paint. What can you do?I was going to let this go since I did receive a discount and would not write a negative review with all the drama that went on if they had just sent me the piece of wood sample. I was open to paying for it, but it's not even an option. I do not recommend Four Hands unless you want to be stressed.
