The best computer repair shop in Austin, TX is Frankstein,512-419-9777. Ask for Steven as he is fantastic, he can do anything helping customers. This company is a 5 star rating out of 5 stars. Motherboard died on my older PC. They fixed the problem very quickly after they were able to get the part. They were also very helpful with follow up questions. I would definitely recommend.

I handle a small non-profit and I had used Nerdz in a Flash before they cancelled serving really small businesses - called Frankenstein based in quite a few good ratings. It is true - they are fast, efficient, professional and I highly recommend Jeremy - very good in his area of computer expertise. Thank you for making my life easier - I've already referred Jeremy to my neighbor down the street.

I am so grateful for Steven from Frankenstein Computers - he did a masterful job taking the rats nest of cords under both of my huge home office set ups and making them practically invisible! My teen daughter dropped her laptop on the bus...it was just over a year old , so out of warranty , but I didn't want to have to replace the whole system. The damage was to the latch and the case. I am so grateful for the fast, efficient and fairly priced repair work performed by the techs at Frankenstein computers. They even saved her stickers from the old case, which I thought was a nice personal touch. Highly recommend !

I was lucky I did not destroy my MacBook Air when I dropped it and I was even more fortunate to choose Frankenstein Computers, based on Yelp reviews. While I was bracing for the likelihood of spending another 1k to replace my laptop, Nick was diagnosing and re-soldering a broken connector coil. Unequivocally the best customer service I have ever received in the Tech/Computer world. Tony, Ariel, the Hardware team and everyone involved with Frankenstein are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of communicating with. Problem solvers- considerate- and kind. I brought my computer to Frakenstein Computers because there was an issue with my keyboard. They assessed and determined I needed a new keyboard. I was able to pick up my computer again while we waited for the new keyboard, which came within a few days. I then dropped my computer off again for 24 hours for the install. The final prices for both the new part and the labor came in under the original quote. New keyboard works well. Great exerperience!
