All I needed was a copy of my insurance card because they don't send you the new ones to you. It was 9:30 but they don't open till 10. I went to the door to talk to the 2 girls that were inside to see if they could help me and they wouldn't even stand up and talk to me. Made me wait for 30 minutes while they were on their phones doing nothing. Lazy employees are the worst and this place has 2 for
sure.

I do not give the 5 Stars because I had to reactivate the insurance because I did not receive a notification that they did not make my insurance effective to continue with the coverage I normally had, so it was necessary to take out a new policy with a higher cost.

Most dishonest insurance company I have ever encountered! Do they have any morals?Buyer beware! Could they be slippery as a snake!They deny claims faster than a short-order cook. If it means they can save a buck, do you wonder if they will put their profits ahead of you and your family's safety and financial risk? I not only wish Yelp! had a zero... I'd like to see negative digits!

I have used Fred Loya as my insurer for years. I had an accident last year and the claim process was so easy! I go to thebone on E. 7th in Austin because Javier is amazing! He always gets me great discounts and is honest and friendly.

I have insurance with Fred Loya. It is really the cheapest insurance you can find out there that isn't based on your credit score. You have to be careful about calling customer service and then going into an office. They tend to tell you two different things.
