Is a cut rate 2nd class insurance agency. Claims processing extremely slow. Takes at least 40 days to get a decision and then will make every effort to deny the claim.

I use fred loya for insurance, and they are really good and affordable. Even lowered my rate when I moved to new Braunfels. But I went in today, and drove up from new Braunfels, I had to use the restroom very badly, and was told by the lady at the desk that the restroom was for employees only. I mean I pay this company over 1000.00 dollars a year, and I am not entitled to use this facilities? What a joke. I had to stop what I was doing, to drive to taco bell next door, just to use the restroom, then come back. That is poor service. Customers that do business here, should be able to occasionally use the restroom. I like the insurance, but had a poor experience today. Just wanted to let the managers know how their employees treat loyal customers.

have had the most horrible experience through Fred Loya, adjuster is a nightmare, claims process whole 9 yards. Super frustrated with them. would give negative stars if i could.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I tried to cancel my policy and got the run around from like 5 different locations, no management on site and when you do get one on the phone they lie. When I finally did manage to cancel my policy and verified with a manager they would no longer draft from my account, THEY STILL DRAFTED THE PAYMENT. I can't imagine how hard it's gonna be to get my money back. This is just my most recent experience. Over the course of 2 years they raised my rate 5 times with no notice.

I've had a Policy here for like 6 months and is trying to cancel it. Tell me why this place when I told them that I'm trying to cancel. It told me first that they need a manager to do it. And would have one Call me back, just have nobody call me back. Then make me sit on, hold for 20 minutes. Just tell me that no I have to come in to the building to make sure that the paperwork signed because they can't do it electronically. They can do the policy electronically, so why can't they cancel it Electronically, and you couldn't have told me that the first time i called If they're doing this when I try to cancel it. I can only imagine how hard it is to file a claim. Don't go here

I was having an issue with changing my direct deposit information and did not realize the issue until the day my payment was due. It's very important that I keep my insurance up to date. The manager, Adriana was extremely helpful in getting it corrected and explained how the billing cycle worked . She is very knowledgeable, professional and polite.
