The entire staff is consistently trying to find an opportunity to cheat you out your insurance claim, and you must bombard them with phone calls to remain updated on your claim or else you won’t hear back from them. If you need insurance by all means, but don’t expect to get anything fixed through these people.

They referred me to their collision center and they won't even let me car go due to fred loya being untrustworthy how sorry your own 3rd party company's don't trust these scammers
