Not sure why anyone over 5ft 8 and 98lbs would shop here. I was shocked at the lack of sizes. I'm 150lbs and 5ft 10 and couldn't find pants I could get my thighs into. And I'm skinny...

Was closed and doors locked even though there were people inside. 20 min before supposed to be closed.

Love free people. I’ve been shopping with them online for years. Better to shop online or in the app where you don’t have to deal with the employees following you all around the store like a hawk while you’re trying to shop and enjoy your weekend. It started from when we walked into the store, one of the employees looked at me and my husband and at every corner where we were browsing there she was at a distance. I picked up a pair of pants I bought at the end and she immediately came over and asked if I needed a fitting room. She then proceeded to fix items at a rack next to us. I went to the front to look at another pair of pants I wanted when we first walked inside. Decided to pick them up to purchase and there she was again. Haha other people were in the store too but they weren’t Asians. Not coming back here again, and staying on my apps or Nordstrom instead where customer service is much better.

Workers have an attitude problem, but besides that, great store.

THE store to go to if you're looking for that "updated hippie" or "modern bohemian" look. As a stylist this is the store I take my clients that are wanting that look. Hannah and her staff and so friendly and helpful and make the shopping experience easy. Huge, wide range selection in store. From head to toe, accessories, and even lingerie, this store has you covered! A MUST shop!

Do not do I store pick up. You will never get your item.Ordered online for in store pick up (said it would be ready in 24hrs) because I was in a time crunch and needed the item as soon as possible for an event. I never received an email that the order was ready to be picked up. Four days after placing the order, I called to see what was taking so long. I was told they had sold the item and canceled my order. The girl on the phone was rude and unapologetic.

I love this location! Free People stores are always fun to shop at, but this specific one is always well kept and the staff is helpful. Their sale section is great!

Nice clothes, but Rude staff. Visited store on Sunday, 11/6 at 5 pm, and cashier didn’t even look up to acknowledge my daughter… no greeting, no thank you! I was tempted to cancel the purchase!

Dropped by on a Thursday evening looking for a dress I saw online. Unfortunately, the girls behind the cash register were more interested in themselves than any customers walking in. Too Bad, So Sad, I looked around, left and went to Nordstroms where I gladly spent my money. Better luck next time.

i guess it was the manager(?) but calling ANYONE “sweetie” and “baby” in 2022 is ridiculous. 1950s Mississippi wants their lingo back.

LIVE FREELY! I love Free People. There clothes are comfortable and fashionable. Not a lot of people know this, but Free People, Anthropoligie, and Urban Outfitters are all under the same company. This is why the set up of the stores and the clothing look similar. Different but similar. Free People is an expensive brand, but man are there clothes nice. If you can afford to shop here, then good for you. But I on the other hand am happy to find their items elsewhere for cheaper. This store is located in the Domain in Austin, TX. It is a huge space with enough room for all the clothes, accessories and jewelry that they sell. If you hit this store on one of the days where they have a big sale, that might be your best bet. You can get some very nice pieces for pretty inexpensive.
