I was contacted by Kate Campbell about a job opportunity after seeing my resume online. She asked for a update resume. And I emailed that over to her. She stated she would call me after I get out of my current job at 5pm, didn't get a call. The following day she asked if we could do a video interview the following day. She emailed me a calendar invite planned at 10am. I emailed her on the day letting her know I sign in and ready. She replied that her other meeting run longer than expected, and to give her 10 mins, which was fine. I waited a whole hour with no reply from her at all. I had to call her at the end of my work day to see what happened. She apologized again, and asked to set up yet another video interview the next day, another calendar invite. At set time I was ready. Emailed her that I signed in again. She doesn't show up, doesn't email me, doesn't call. Kate Campbell is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I don't know how she can conduct business in this matter.

I was given a call from Emily about a job she felt I would be good at. She asked me to answer some questions that she emailed me. I told her I was getting ready for work, but as soon as I could I would. She called several times pushing for it to be done. Did it. Called to make sure she got it and she was busy, not in the office, in meetings, at lunch. She finally calls back the next morning early asking if I was available for a phone interview that day and I said yes and then nothing. I call and get the same thing she is busy. I don't want to miss the call, so change my plans. I didn't want to be running errands when I get the call. She then asked me if I was free for an interview at 3 on Friday. I told her I work until 1. I left early from work because I wanted to change clothes and such, drive an hour to find out they had no idea I was coming. Very uncomfortable. They (the client) ask me can you reschedule and come back Monday. I said sure I will talk to Emily. Once again can't get a hold of her. Monday call her twice and finally she responds with, there is no interview today. I am not happy obviously because I intentionally took today off. Then I proceed to talk to her about how uncomfortable the situation was Friday and her response was I didn't tell you to leave work early. I will never use them. Shady & unorganized. She literally was arguing with the client on my cell phone Friday saying she was right and then had the same attitude with me and told me it was the clients mistake not hers.

I worked with Chance in securing a position that was both a good fit for me and the company. The first interview Chance sent me to was just that. He knows exactly what he's doing and what candidate will fit with what company and doesn't waste anyone's time by submitting candidates for any availability. I definitely recommend working with Chance and Frontline Source Group for your hiring and placement needs!

Receptionist was very rude, she was not helpful at all & she made me feel as though I was bothering her. I called in looking for a job opportunity, and I let her know that I've submitted my application, she was very flippant, didn't provide the requested information, and honestly, brushed me off. She literally rushed me off the phone. I would not support this company, and I believe they should take a hard look at the person representing them; highly off-putting.

Initially when I called Frontline-Dallas/Plano area, the person on the other end gave an incorrect greeting but apologized for it. I thought it was funny considering it was Monday morning and, so we laughed about it. Nova Davis is her name. We had a great conversation and it gave me the notion she was serious about taking my information and doing what was needed to register. She asked me several questions.....many she repeated. She asked me to email her my resume which I did immediately. She told me she would respond with an assessment and any information needed. She told me to call her the following day to update her on some choices I would make regarding two positions she mentioned. She never responded to my email. I called the next day and was hung-up on while being "transferred to her voicemail" twice. When I finally reached her this woman totally didn't recall talking to me. I was surprised she hadn't taken notes since she'd ask the same questions more than once. I mentioned the two positions to her one of which she gave me totally different (wrong dates) from our original conversation. She asked me if I had taken the assessment (the one she never sent). She responded with "I sent it to you" I finally made it clear to her that she hadn't sent or responded to my email. I then asked her about the second position she mentioned to me in our initial conversation. I gave her the title of the position and she started asking me questions about what city it was in and the specifics of the position. I was so lost. I would think a temp agency would know what positions they have available and what is mentioned to their callers. We were on the phone for more than 15 minutes. Needless to say I will not continue with this company. Frontline Dallas/Plano Texas professionalism is not up to par. There's a lot of work to do including, taking notes so that the conversation will flow and there's no constant repeats.

This is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to work with Frontline, and I feel everytime I give them a chance they some how disappoint. They post positions to apply for but call you JUST to ask the type of Work your looking for, when you tell them what yuh applied for and want to stay in they say “ great when we come across an opportunity for you we’ll call” thought that was the meaning of applying to a job posting. When it finally came to a job I took countless assessments they said were needed to the job scored great scores and told I would be pushed thru as a candidate just to never hear back on a follow up or anything . I had to contact them for “follow ups” just to be told “we aren’t looking for canidates anymore OR the famous “the position was filled yesterday, sorry” i guess my chances are out. Best of luck to everyone!

I called asking for information about what I should do (whether to come to the office in person and so on) and was merely told to use their website, which I had already used to no avail. Totally unhelpful.
