I stupidly left my phone in my cart in the store today, I noticed within 5 minutes and came back in and the security team and 2 managers literally climbed on the carts looking for it and checked the cameras for me. We didnt find it and it was definitely stolen, but their kindness was not unnoticed. I am a front end manager at Whole Foods, and they did everything and more than I would have done. At least we tried! It's just a rough area and I should have been more cautious.

We stopped by HEB needing to grab some items after getting to Austin from Houston. Not only is traffic pretty bad in this area, there are a ton of suspicious folks just loitering and hanging out in the parking lot. The HEB inside seemed a bit more chaotic than what we're used to in Houston. It's got everything you need inside but they really need to clean up their outside and parking lots of trash and people hanging around. Not a fan, but who knows, maybe this is the nicest one in Austin!

I'm beyond disappointed with the quality of products at this HEB. I can't even tell you the amount of times I've unknowingly purchased rotten produce or the produce I bought rots within 24 hours. Even their deli cheese is problematic. They're constantly out of items and the organic section is pitiful (and old). It's unfortunate I'm going to have to drive further away to a better location. You'd think HEB would hold all their locations to the same standard, but it's clear they don't care about this location.

Love the tortillas here!! I am showing a picture of the tortillas we get from Cedar Park (Bell) vs Austin (Riverside).

0 stars.the Atmosphere is bad,When I went to check out with my food with my sister in law,I paid the remaining witch was $11.35, the lady that was helping me check out said I needed to enter my card again because it "asks to enter again after food stamps card" while I was being distracted by another employee saying how cute my puppy was asking random questions about her,I went home got a email saying I got charged for a extra 40$ on a separate charge. Called the heb asking to get a refund because it's fraudulent (i still have my receipt) they said they couldn't do anything and that they're employe wasn't trying to commit fraud even without them digging into it or taking a look at the receipt.

Harassment and racism goes on here by a tall bad white guy as a manager. He constantly walked in front of my cart 3 times and had his employees act obnoxiously and rude towards me. Don't waste your money here

Came to HEB hoping they would have fresh tortillas on a Sunday morning and they did not disappoint! They were warm and smelled great. Very excited to bring these back home to eat!

This is an interesting HEB. The neighborhood is very mixed and that means so is the clientele. You will see plenty of strange people here and for some reason lots of dogs. It tends to be crowded at very random hours.I would give this one 3.5 stars if possible, but since there is no other HEB nearby, and this one always has long lines, I will give it a 3. They have a nice bakery, but they tend to run out of the homemade flour tortillas early at this location. I come here a few times a week, but would prefer my old spot at the Hancock Center.

LOVE H‑E‑B! Can hardly wait for the ones in Frisco and Plano to open. I have been driving to Midlothian or Waco to go to HEB!

Consistently the worst HEB location. Seems to be managerial level reason (but what isn't, I guess). Always out-of-stock of normal items, long lines because half of the cashier stations are closed, deli constantly doesn't have items offered at other HEBs, and customer service is subpar for a H‑E‑B.

They're the best , my mon miss placed her phone and the staff was super nice in helping out ! It seems that in the world we live in we hardly have good people, Thank you HEB employees for showing that you're still the few people in the world that help

I've been utilizing their curbside pick up since covid started and have never had any trouble.. until now. First: I picked up my order and headed on home. Once I arrived I noticed I was missing 3 meat packages.. right when I was about to call them I got a call from curbside saying that they left behind some products and if I could return to pick up. Unfortunately, I was already home so I asked If I could send my sister to pick up. They said that was fine.Second: Once my sister arrived to my home I noticed they sent me the wrong meat, It was clear as day(huge difference)!I called back to let them know and luckily they were very understanding and issued a refund for the meat.Glad I didn't have to go back to return it!- I will still be utilizing curbside because I feel it might've been an honest mistake on the shoppers part. Like I mentioned, this was the first time I had anything wrong with my order, but they were able to resolve it.

Not sure why the ratings are so bad, but this is one of my favorite HEB's to go to. I used to live around the corner from the 7th Street one, but it's so much smaller than the Riverside HEB. Staff is all super nice here, too. Sushi chef made me a tray when they didn't have the one I wanted to buy. No complaints other than the customer service lines at the beginning of the month.

I'm giving this place 4 stars. I liked it. Tons of great Mexican recipe ingredients. Dried chilies, a long row of tortillas, rice, beans. I love this place. If you go early in the morning you don't have all the shoppers who doddle around and get in your way. You know the one's I'm talking about. I could shop here all the time
