I had a rude Cashier that didn't replied back when I asked him how his day was. The dude just looked at me with a ugly look lol. Which is what ever with me but this guy charged me for a bottle of nail polish that I didn't know I had in my bag till I was loading my car up. I know what I took out of my basket when I was checking out and sure hell wasn't nail polish. That guy thought he got me but nope..... I took that crap right back.

HEB has got to be the best store I have every had the pleasure of going to. Food is always great. Staff always friendly. Fat deals on just about everything and not just like 20 cents off, more like 1.50 off. Their pizzas are really good. I stopped ordering dominos and switched to HEB. Love this location!

The service are excellent. I believe they can handle 20,000 people at once. I do think they should expand the HEB. I do believe they should inquire bass pro shop/Cabela's. Because with HEB is great customer service and they're able to fix problems and they hasn't really good healthcare insurance.

I love my HEB here on William Cannon and Brodie. After I hit the produce aisle, I always head straight to the little cooking section and grab a snack. The chefs they have working are always pleasant. They often have good deals/coupons for the unique products they use. The cashiers are always so nice too. Today when I cashed out the guy told me that he loved me and to have a wonderful day. I mean come on...I don't he doesn't "love" me but he was spreading good vibes. I could tell he was a "chill-laid-laid-back-kinda dude". I am always super friendly to people as well so maybe he could feel the friendly vibe. I have a two secret places to park when this place gets busy but I can't tell you because then they wouldn't be secret anymore! I don't mind parking and walking so there's a hint for one of the places. Bye YELP readers....I love ya and have a great day! :)

I love the sushi and pre-made food at this location. It's always fresh and beats my expectations. The dollar off coupons make it an extra sweet deal. If I'm not grabbing sushi on the go then the produce and fresh bread is an extra perk of this location. The floral department also comes in extra handy when I am in a hurry to buy some beautiful flowers to spice up my house. The lines move fast and I appreciate the hard-working staff!

Thank you H‑E‑B for always having top notch employees and service! I love this H‑E‑B not only because it's 5 minutes away from my house, but because they always have what I need and the employees are so nice and go out of their way to accommodate you. This holiday season their selection of ornaments and decorations are so cute! They had cute little cowboy ornaments for just $1. They have an amazing digital app (if you are in a rush) you can look up what you need and you can see exactly where it is in which aisle. Did I mention the amazing and yummy samples they have placed throughout the store? Also, not to mention the great coupons and digi deals they offer, this week a got a whole roll of foil for free!! Thank you H‑E‑B for being my #1 choice place to shop! #ThankyouThursday

Today, of all the years I've shopped at H.E.B, was the worse experience ever. I checked out at the 15 items or less, with a cashier. Because she failed to put stickers on my wine box and dozen donuts, I was viewed as a thief. A store mgr ran up to me and demanded I show her my receipt. It was embarrassing and rude. After showing my receipt she didn't even have the decency to offer an apology. According to a store director, whom I called and spoke to, they don't check every customer's receipt. They selectively choose whom they stop. Oh really? So, H.E.B. this is what you're doing now? For a person of color, feels like and sounds like racial profiling to me. Do better. H‑E‑B is the best of the best, but they've really outdone themselves this time. I had a curbside order that was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday morning. Well, unfortunately for me, I woke up with hives and one of my eyes half swollen shut. I called the curbside team to see if there was anyway we could switch to a delivery order. Not only did they setup a deliver for me FOR FREE, but they sent it with a hand written get well soon card. Now that is great customer service. Thank y'all for making my life easier and brighter on a not so great day!

Instacart never finds the products I want here. Constantly replacing my picks. They shouldn't be saying they're there in the first place. The last 3 orders were screwed up!

As is typical for HEB, the store is clean, clearly organized, and well stocked. The check out lines move along efficiently. These are all standards upheld by HEB in general. However, this store really stood out to me today because of a bakery staff member named Katie. She cheerfully went out of her way to help me with selecting two birthday cakes, explaining icing and cake differences, and even wrote beautiful birthday greetings on both. She was, in short, awesome!In the past, whenever I've asked a question, sought assistance, needed direction at this store, I have always been met with a smile, and provided helpful information and capable assistance. The checkers, who are generally quite busy, are pleasant, calmly efficient, and always helpful.As ever, GOOD JOB HEB!
