Vanessa has blown my mind. I’ve never had such good customer service with a financial institution in my life. As I was waiting on a wire on this Friday afternoon she said she will follow up with me at 2:00 PM as she promised. Called at 2:00 PM on the dot and called the other financial institution to check in then said she will call back at 4:45. Sure enough she did and gave me the update about the wire landing. 11/10 customer service. I will be moving all my financial services to Frost.

Frost is Privately owned and you can tell by the service. At the William cannon branch they go the extra mile to help clients and customers. They are able to help out and do things Banks governed by the federal government ( Big Banks ) are not capable of doing or would even do. For example taking out a CD secured loan BofA laughed and said nobody does that anymore, Wells Fargo said they can’t/wont do it. At Frost I had it all set up and taken care of in a matter of 30 min and they have had my business ever since for the last 30 years. Frost employees always greets me with a smile when I have to go into the branch which is hardly ever since you can do everything digitally from depositing checks to pulling out cash at their tons of ATM’s around town. Frost has been one of the best banks and continues to be the best bank for my business and personal bank. I have tried them all early on when I started my business. Highly recommend them to anyone. Just walk into the William cannon bank and you’ll experience it for yourself.

Definitely look at the reviews before banking at Frost. The customer service at the William Cannon location is poor to say the least!! I walked in and wasn't acknowledged by any of the tellers. Meanwhile, they're sitting at the desk talking about their pets! Very strange vibe in that building. My teller seemed as though she was on a stimulant of some sort. Very rude responses when I asked her questions about my account. I'll def avoid going inside the buiby all costs and use the drive thru instead! This place would have gotten zero stars if it were an option!

This branch is simply the best, they are really truly family, too many to mention from the front door, counter, and the drive-through each, and everyone bends over to help us the best. We’ve been with them for a while, I cannot tell how much they made my life easier, every time I go in the bank, I was greeted with the smile and anything that I was needed. It was waiting for me, Like I said, simply the best branch, thank you all for being there, and helping us throughout the years, this bank deserves five star rating. Thank you guys again.????

I love this location. Everyone here is focused on customer satisfaction and transaction execution. NOTE: This branch very busy most of the time, but everyone still has a nice smile and they get their job done.

The William Cannon branch employees have no clue about giving good customer service. I go there 3 times a week to make DEPOSITS! for my company. This has happened twice in the drive through and now once at the inside teller. At the drive thru, I'm the only one in line at the commercial window, the teller is working on my deposits and another customer drives up and he starts talking to her, not about banking or deposit but to give him information to give to a bank employee about a meeting, this conversation lasted 7 or 8 minutes while I waited for him to finish my deposit. He never apologized for the delay which infuriated me. A similar situation happened about 2 weeks later at the drive through. I'm at the window and another customer drives up and send a transaction through the tube, he does their transaction while I'm waiting and he hasn't finished mine. Inside I take my deposits to the front teller, no one else is in line but me. She starts working on my deposit then an older lady comes in and starts asking the teller about how she can get in touch with another employee working at another branch. The lady then wants to know how to get there and asks the teller to give her directions but looking on Google maps, this conversation lasted 4 to 5 minutes before the teller got back to my DEPOSITS!!! Frost Bank should train the employees to say "I'm with another customer right now, but I'll be with you shortly". If this happens too many times customers will be frustrated and move their business elsewhere. Frost.... get a clue. Customer service is key to your survival!!

Worst customer service ever from a manager. Lida who claims 16years of working here is the worst example of a customer service banker I have ever come into contact with. She doesn’t belong at Frost Bank.

slowest bank and they dont care about making customers waiting. i waited 30 mins and there is no\ 1. Greet,\ 2. We will be right with you.\ 3. Dont even pay attention\ 4. Only help drive thru and have only one teller.\ This is definitely a bank with no customer service.
