I’m a 71year-old, widowed, disabled, retired RN. I’ve been with Frost (Tech Ridge, Austin) since before I disabled by a stroke. They have always been accommodating to an old disabled man.

I went in on Friday 04/18/2025 to open a Trust account for the entity I represent as the Trustee. Only a manager is capable of opening this type of account, but not one of the tellers mentions this and I even called in advance to be sure to not waste my valuable time or theirs, I was told anyone should be able to assist me to find out that, that is not true, after they collect all the trust’s private information. I would have gone elsewhere had I been told this. I leave my contact information for the manager because “she needs to review the documents” but decided to go to another location the following day because the Trust needs a bank account and I do not have a lot of free time, I have to make the time, and I will as a dedicated Trustee.
04/19/2025 myself and my fellow Trustee go to the other location, finally get some help, get an account opened with what seems to be people who know how a Trust works, for them to mistakenly set up the account under “personal” instead of “business” when I clearly stated, more than once, it was a private entity for opening a bank account and operating in commerce under Trust Law and Contract law. Stephanie, the branch manager at the tech ridge location, proceeded to talk to me like I do not know what I am talking about and decided to close the Trust account.
Frost Bank claims to know about Trusts, even so far as going to high schools to talk about them to our future but don't waste your time! They have no clue or want the control of your Trust by having a copy of your complete indenture (THAT IS NOT TRUE. YOU (Trustee(s)) SHOULD BE THE SOLE HOLDER OF THE DOCUMENT WITHOUT A COPY AVAILABLE ANYWHERE). Trusts are what life is supposed to be for all but Trusts are covered by a veil that Stephanie and people like her created to keep the “common people” common.

They locked my account down because their computer failed to read my mobile deposit correctly. Currently been waiting 10 days for someone to review my account and release my funds despite going in person to the branch to expedite measures. I am now in financial ruin and owe hundreds in late fees because Frost Bank failed me.

The absolute slowest drive thru banking I have ever experienced. I will not return to this branch.

I am 61 years old. I have been using banks for over four decades. Therefore I am aware of acceptable acts of customer service. I had the most unpleasant experience at this drive-through location. The teller was so incredibly rude, incompetent & unpleasant that she would not even give me her first name because she knew she was going to be complained on. I was driving a 1993 Chevy (that still runs like it is new, by the way) & I believe she saw my car, decided I was trash from my old vehicle, so she treated me like trash. We are all humans. The woman who waited on me is most definitely deficient in kindness & humanity.

My company has Humana insurance from this company (Frost is 3rd vendor company). I went to hospital and they said I have no insurance and Humana customer service proof it. I spend my all day to fix it. Now this Frost saying Humana made mistake and you have no insurance. But Humana said you didn't have insurance since Feb. Now my fault to spend my all day. No experience no responsible nothing...

Never had a problem before until today. Kelly was too rude. She looks so unprofessional. She needs to be re-train.
