What a clown show this place is. I bought a used switch for my nephew from here and was told that they check out everything before they sell them. He got it home and one of the controllers doesn’t work and it still had the previous owner’s information on it. So it doesn’t seem like they even looked at it before selling it.
The girl we checked out with also tried to sell us game warranties and almost got away with it until I noticed it on the screen. She tried to cover her actions by saying that “the system does that automatically “.
Watch out for this place and their terrible service. The store is also dirty and unorganized I wouldn’t be surprised if this is one of the stores that is supposed to close in the next couple months which is too bad because this place was incredible last Christmas 2024.

Given the way this location is run i am surprised gamestop has kept it around. There is no way this store makes money when it consistently opens late, closes early, and in the event it is open the employees do the bare minimum and are rude to customers.

I had a pre order for MLB The Show 25 and came to pick it up at 1pm on release day (3/18). The woman at the register said my preorder is in the store but is in the back in a shipment box and “haven’t gotten around to it yet.” I said “no problem, I’ll come back in a couple hours.” She told me to come back to pick it up “in 2-3 DAYS. Sorry.”
I cancelled my preorder at GameStop and bought the game from Best Buy instead. They had it ready for pick up within 15 min.
I do not recommend this GameStop location.

Game stop employees at this location think that their employment is some kind of joke I can see some movement inside the store through the tinted side windows and it's 12:28 pm their listed hours are to open at 12:00pm so they're inside likely clocked in getting paid to sit on their ass and refuse to accept customers

Did an online order here for a PS5 back around the end of October to go pick up in store. I got email saying it was ready to pick up so i drove there. When i got there the employee, who i found out her name is Ashton was really rude to start off. She then randomly started screaming for no reason because I guess she got irritated however it is her job but she went to the back and never came to the front again. Someone else had to help me out, when i tried to pick up my PS5 the other person who helped me out said that the order was already picked up by someone else and that there wasn't anything they can do. It irritated me so bad because I got charged for something I didn't receive. ☹️ They still refuse to give me one they had in stock and now it's been 4 months, nothing, I've been stuck in customer support and they refuse to help me. This GameStop was my regular, I went there often but most of the employees are rude and after that incident don't count on me coming again. It's bullshit. This place is awful.

This is genuinely the most Horrible place, a manager named Freya was rude not only to me but to an employee who is new i assume. I tried doing a trade in and the manager kept getting mad at him for not doing it right, like i get it to an extent. However the kid is new and is learning but no reason to be rude to the employee for learning they atleast are making an effort. This same kid helped me before and is super sweet and extremely polite, but the manager always has an attitude to which I don't understand. If she dosent like her job she can leave, no reason to be rude to others. Also if you decide to shop here dont spend money on making a pro account or getting warranty's on your items, its pretty pointless and an utter scam since most of the time they never even hold up or respect the warranty. 😕 This place is pretty rough and if I could rate it lower than one Star, I would. Doesn't even deserve a star, won't be coming again.

Got here at 6. Theyre supposed to be open till 8 but there's just a sign saying closed will return. Ive watched people come up and get visibly upset. The lady in the picture was very sad. She said service here is all over the place. Management here must be horrible.

lol customer services is so bad here. I went in day after Christmas around noon and upon arriving 2 workers were inside NOBODY ELSE. Nobody greeted me, the guy who checked me out didn’t say a word, i walked out and checked my receipt he put that I “ refused warranty “ HE DIDNT EVEN ASK IF I WANTED IT. Idk I understand it’s the day after Christmas but if u don’t like your job then don’t be there. What happened to the game stop worked that loved there job ?
