We came in the shop looking for a new xbox s, they didn't have one, so we got a used one. It was a decent price. We got home and realized they gave us the wrong wire. Went back and got the right one. Then we got home and realized the controller was drifting, and buttons were getting pressed randomly. We called because if you're going to sell us a console that's used, at least make sure everything works. We called, and they offered a full refund. But couldn't you just replace the controller that wasn't working? Super bad experience and never buying from there againAdd on- I bought a new controller to just play, and the Xbox wasn't even working, giving an error code about my internet, but that isn't an issue. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE!DONT BUY PRE OWNED CONSOLES!

I have shopped in store many times but this was the first and LAST time I ever order online or do business with them again. I ordered a Christmas present on Dec 10th, with expected delivery Dec 15th. Here it is now the 19th and I have called the store, who said they shipped the item, I call USPS who says the item was never shipped. I email delivery solutions and they tell me to wait till the 21st to see if I get the package or not. I remind them this is a Christmas gift, I need to ensure the item is coming or I need a replacement ASAP.The agent i was emailing didn’t seem to care and just said again to wait till the 21st and never addressed my concerns.So I call the store again, they are now unsure if the item was shipped or not or possibly sold the last one by accident…they tell me to call customer service…so I do. I speak with a manager who after I inform her of all these issues, informs me that they could POSSIBLY refund me, but it would take 2 WEEKS!!!! Again not only is this a Xmas gift, this was an item over $100!! So now not only am I out of a Christmas gift, I don’t even know if I will receive a refund or not from this company! Even the manager tells me, “yeah that package is lost”….so then replace it!!!! When asking for the replacement, they say it could take 2 weeks for that too and not guaranteed.I am disgusted with GameStops poor customer service, lack of professionalism and horrible policies! I’m a long time customer but now, I’ll never shop there again. I feel robbed.So disappointed bc I purchase collectibles (which are not cheap) but I refuse to waste my time and money to only be stressed out on where my items and money are! Do better

Staff definitely needs to learn what customer service is and how to talk with customers. I stopped in for the first time since not working at a gamestop in a different location and the staff at this store needs to learn what the actual policies that their company has in its handbook. Definitely a well stocked store though.

Horrible Return Policy. Bought a controller for to use on an older game, Controller ended up not working with the game but wanted to try it anyway. When I tried to return the controller I was told by the manager on duty that I would not be able to return it because I did not purchase the added protection fee, Which would of allotted to 5 or 10 extra dollars. The idea of paying an extra fee to be able to return a product is insane, its extremely evident that this company is going out of business at an alarming rate.

This is the worst gamestop ever. They never open on time and always close early. They have a handwritten sign on the door that says they are closing at 6pm all this week. Arrived at 5:45pm and they are closed. Don't waste your time coming here.

Tears of the kingdom came out and guess was had a lawn chair sitting outside until 11 for the midnight release. I sat outside for two hours because I pre ordered the game on the GameStop app. I went in trying to receive it and they said it's going to be shipped and as dumbfounded as I was . I'll take the fall for making that mistake and pre ordering it through the app. What gets me is that I still pre ordered the game so I would still receive the plaque exclusive that game stop gives out, but guess what the employee at the counter essentially told me to fuck off and kept trying to rush me out . Saying if I did not pre order from them I would not be getting any items. I then said can I purchase the collectors box if anyone canceled there items and he also said no it was a pre order only deal. MIND YOU the two guys in front of me purchases the collectors box right in front of me and told me they had extras when they walked out. The clerk was being a jerk and making up lies in front of me and just kept trying to get me out of the store . It's sucks because I've seen that employee before and I brought up to my girlfriend when I got home which one kicked me out and she even knew how much of a ass he was we don't even know his name just the way he acts. I get it I will get my copy delivered, but I still want my exclusive content at the very least and I don't appreciate the employee rushing me out and not hearing what I have to say . There was a female and male employee there and I'm talking about the male one in case management actually looks at these reviews. I'm already doing a report on the "app" as well through email . Just a forewarning this guys the only one I've seen that acts the way he does ... GameStop gimmie my freaking pre order exclusive... I'll be making a call tomorrow to the store as well.

Such a great experience. Angel was a fantastic treat to interact with. He helped us choose the perfect game and informed us on all the deals available. Excited for tears of the kingdom and it was great discussing fan theories with staff as well.

Nicest staff member is a girl who works there. So friendly and talkative, knowledgeable and has a love for video games and related anime characters etc. She’s great. A keeper. Also I called other stores off Anderson and that guy was also so willing to help and friendly. I’m impressed by the courteous staff.
