It's only 7 pm and it's closed. I recognized the employee and he was just sitting in his car parked in the front, waiting for his time to leave

The employee or manager don't know which was cool and funny and experienced in the gaming industry. He was able to answer all my questions and the prices were set at a good price. Great even. Will be going back for my gaming needs soon.

using false information to get people to sign up for the reward program is pathetic. PC is king. hackers don't steal the downloaded games you have in console either.

Not a big fan of this location. The guy working was more interested in showing the merch HE bought from the store then helping me and my wife. If stuff is low in stock, maybe the employees shouldn't brag about what THEY bought. Then, stop lecturing people about why buying a game on digital is terrible and forcing pushing a pro membership on us. Just let us buy or stuff and be on our way. Not a recommended location!

I understand being sold out of copies for a game, I don't understand getting a whole monologue on why I should get a gamestop pro membership to preorder a game instead of just coming in, I would of much rather been told immediately the game was sold out. I've never once been interested in their pro membership and probably never will be after all these years, oh well best buy it is then moving forward.

They close at random hours. One day it may be 3pm. Another day it may be 6pm. Go to a different GameStop. The sign states they close early because they have A/C problems, but they don't as of 8/24/24.

Website says they close at 8 PM, so I Show up at 3 PM to pickup some games but they are closed with a sign on the door that reads "temporary hours from 10 AM - 3 PM." If you want to go to this gamestop just note you have to go before 3 because they are lying on their website.
