Worst experience. We bought a bag of basmati rice and it had worms inside it. I called immediately on the same day and got answer that owner is not available call next day, I did call 3 times in a row following days still was not able to get owner on call, I asked the person to have owner call me be back but not calls whatsoever. We went to them to show and asked for a refund to which they said it can't be refunded, you can buy something else worth the same price. Worst management, they do want to take responsibility for the garbage groceries they are selling.

Great variety of Indian groceries, fresh vegetables and specialty kitchen and other items.
Only issue is once you buy there is no return allowed. For example, bought a pressure cooker but they don’t allow to return it even if it is not used.

It’s a quite small place for quick Indian grocery shopping. But I must say fresh produce is too much on pricey side. Much much costly compared to other places.

Of all the Indian grocery stores in the Austin area, I found this place to be the most equipped for puja samagri and the gentleman behind the counter to be helpful in locating them. Only thing is most items had no price tags so you need some time and patience to price check each item individually before finalizing to purchase.

Desi rotis were expired. Refused to take it without receipt. Why would I call and lie about 2 expired things worth $7? It's more work on me to drive all the way back. My bad on not checking but won't need to check ever again since I ain't going back
