I like this location. The people are friendly. I enjoy walking in on a really good sale. I buy a lot of my teenage sons jeans and shirts online, mostly on sale. The Gap has good quality clothing.

The best experience at a Gap ever. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and especially Rocky, who went above-and-beyond. The staff, led by Rocky, was attentive, immediately checked the inventory on site for sizes we needed and made sure we knew about all the deals.

I came into this location (N Lamar) to return 2 items totaling $124. I was told by the General Manager (Michelle) that if I returned the items there, she would lose hours off of her schedule.
I asked a bunch of times if she was joking and she said no, she would lose hours if I returned the items there. I told her I'm sorry but Gap shouldn't treat their people that way, but I still wanted to make the return. She said she didn't have enough money in the register to return it, and said she could only do a gift card.
I had to go to Barton Creek to make my return. Needless to say, I won't return to Gap. Whether she was telling the truth or not, that's not a good way to run a business.

I was completely impressed by the customer service, support and professionalism. I came for shorts to wear at an event and Janet was helpful, hands on and made sure I had the sizes I needed to try on. I highly recommend this store and by the service alone, will definitely return.

Greeted me... "Welcome In" that was the extent od help. Guess I didn't look like I had enough $$ to shop there. LOL

The staff was super helpful and patient as my daughter, baby granddaughter and myself shipped for jeans. It started getting crowded, but we never felt like we were not getting taken care of. Alice was very knowledgeable, but I don't know the name of the other lovely woman helping us!

Terrible. Went into exchange a gift and was told that they could not accept as it was from outside of their system. The issue was not that they couldn't assist me it was the attitude and response from the "associate." He responded that I needed to "figure it out myself" where this GAP labeled item was from. I can see why GAP is going the way of the dinosaurs...

No more men’s dept.If you call a couple racks of shelves “men’s” at the entrance with the entire store focus on women’s merchandise, then enjoy. Drove in from San Marcos and was very disappointed to hear they did away with men’s merchandise all but a couple racks/square feet of the entire store. The selection? The big brother to Old Navy - logo T shirts and sweaters, a few choices of the same style pant and shirt but a different color or pattern. Some log baseball caps.Hello J Crew! You just won me for life.
