Gato Body Shop did a great job with the repairs of my vehicle that I would never take any of my vehicles to a chain collision repair. They have everything to compete with the big chain companies. Their customer service is great too, always kept me up to date on everything.

Gato Body Shop has worked on my 2015 Jeep Patriot multiple times, and they always get the job done right. The repairs are solid, and I’ve never had any issues after. The staff is also really nice and helpful , which makes the whole process smooth. If you need a reliable body shop, they’re an amazing choice.

Highly HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your body shop needs. They go beyond typical customer service standards and really know how to make a terrible situation less stressful. Everyone seemed nice, but a technician guy was little bit inconsiderate.
He put his hat on the back seat of my car without my consent and asked me to hand the smartphone to the lady in the office because he’s busy. I didn’t mind helping others, but I felt like I was treated like an apprentice. I was a customer for get an estimate, not here to run an errand.
But that’s just me. I believe they’re trying to help customers. Maybe this place isn’t for me. 🤷♂️

My Ac recently gave up on me and I had a fantastic experience at this mechanic shop! They fixed my AC promptly and the pricing was incredibly fair. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and professional. Communication was clear and consistent, keeping me informed every step of the way. I recently conducted a quick online search for body shops that accept my insurance, and I came across Gator Body Shop. After reading the positive reviews on their website, I decided to give them a try. I am extremely pleased with my decision. The service provided by the owner was exceptional, and Manie went above and beyond in keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle and honoring his estimated time of arrival. I highly recommend this shop and intend to bring my other truck here as well.
