Staff at the S 1st location are always on point when I see them through drive through. I do wish the ATM were in a better place. It's difficult for me to walk and it can be cumbersome when I need cash outside business hours. That's my only gripe. Good job GEFCU.

Call in about a letter I had, of course I chooses to speak with a Spanish staff because I felt much comfortable. I could barely hear anything from her side and I kept telling her but they would proceed to get aggravated with me because I didn’t understand what they wanted me to tell them. Instead of helping me she kept yelling and when asking about my email she made fun and said “how sad” in English because I didn’t know how the @ sign was call in Spanish like I didn’t understand her. Very unprofessional and rude.

Hidden fees and not customer friendly. Do not use overdraft protection....i would recommend using Wells Fargo which is where I'm switching my direct deposit back to!!
