The only thing that worked was arm bar that lets you in automatically when you drive up, the ride through the car wash was rough, my steering wheel was constantly moving, also there were a lot of non operating sections inside the carwash.
It gets worse the suction on the vacuum hose was minimal, the fast air pressure hose was also not working, there were no towels, the areas were dirty, you get a 2 star for this visit, horrible.

The worst Go car wash I have visited so far. It was very busy and there was no separate line for monthly pass members. It was more than 30 minutes wait, on top of that none of the brushes and hoses on the right side were working.

I recently signed up for a monthly membership at this car wash, thinking it was a good place. I joined at a discounted rate three days ago, and I’ve only managed to wash my car twice. Today, when I went to wash my car, the line was so long that waiting wasn’t an option. I’m not sure if it’s always like this, but today it was impossible.
On top of that, the high-pressure air machine has never worked since I signed up, and the vacuum cleaner is too weak to properly clean a car.
When I called to cancel my membership and request a refund, I was met with a rude and unhelpful attitude. They claimed that the vacuums and air machines are free for anyone to use, so I couldn’t use that as a reason to cancel. They also said that because I signed up at a discounted rate, I wasn’t eligible for a refund — something I wasn’t told when I joined.
Now, I’ll have to spend extra money at another car wash, and I feel like I wasted my money here for nothing. Overall, it’s been a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff has always been kind, and having a monthly subscription feels worth it when I go at least twice a month. However, the car wash itself is never fully operational and the back of my car never gets cleaned by any of the sprayers. I’m pretty sure the tire shine buffers also don’t work. Lastly, several of the vacuum stations have low or no suction at all. If there were other options near me, I’d try them out.

I loved this location & car wash chain first couple months of membership but it has recently gone down hill quickly, vacuums are so low pressure, air blowers have been broken for weeks, minimal towels to use, and it's always busy. Stop allowing people to buy memberships if y'all can't fix current issues, it takes double the time to vacuum bc they're so low power so it seems lines build up quicker than before. I noticed round rock area has tons of locations but this is the only one in south Austin so I'm sure that doesn't help. Employees are great here and work extremely hard so this looks like a greedy corporation from an outsiders perspective. Also put a tip jar out for employees! Other locations have those so idk why this one wouldn't. I probably will cancel after my membership is up since there are so many other car washes popping up closer to my house. I gave this 3 stars bc it's still the only car wash that hasn't scratched my car at all, very gentle clean that I will miss.

Very affordable for my wife a I... But why is this Wash tunnel always have inoperable brushes not spinning at all? There tied up broken It has been that way for the year I've been a member... Should nt they be discounting us members for I getting the full wash that we're paying for monthly... William Cannon location

Updated review: I have since come back and the experience is significantly better. Guides have been added to allow you to better know where to drive when pulling up to the car wash which is very helpful! The attendant at the pay station was very informative and made some great suggestions to make my car wash experience better in the long term. I will be taking him up on that suggestion next time!
Previous: 1 bad experience is all I needed to come up with this rating. Unfortunately the attendant working on this day was rude and not very helpful therefore my overall experience suffered for it. Hopefully it gets better! If not there's plenty of other car washes doing a better job.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid 20 cash and they only refunded 17$. Which I wanted premium plus a 3 dollar add on for a new product called graphene….. I didn’t get my full refund. I wouldn’t come back either. Very unprofessional, the manager that helped me was Khristyon. I wasted 20
Bucks just to get back 17 bucks.

I'm canceling my subscription because the washing isn't good, they always close before the time set on Google and the vacuum cleaners always run out of pressure, I have to check several until I find one that works.

I have a Membership to GO Carwash & have been to MANY if not All of them from far North in Cedar Park towards Liberty Hill, to Round Rock, Pflugerville, to far West Cedar Park, to this far South Austin. I’ve been to this Carwash last year a few times when I teach at Westgate or East.
I was here Sunday & Same thing again!!!
NO Air Blowers‼️Whaaatt⁉️The guy told me today that an Expensive Compressor blew & it’s going to take a long time to get them back! 😩 That’s one of the things I look for in a carwash & use a LOT! Sometimes more than the vacuums! Inside & out!
Also, NO people hand drying which BTW - management‼️ Is part of what monthly members pay for‼️ Even though I STILL hand dry & detail my car inside & out, the several people drying helps shorten my time at the carwash!
Which BTW again‼️ Sunday was a Beautiful day after several days Freezing! 3 in a row! 🥶
There was a line AND the front row of vacuums can NOT be used‼️‼️
Because…. An EXPENSIVE Vacuum pump got destroyed because they left them on in the rain & cold & water got in the line or something. So NO SPOTS, ALL FULL, NOT 2 vacuums on each side! STILL today!!
AND the mat cleaner is broken too‼️‼️
Smh!! 🤦🏻♀️ Poor management at this one on William Cannon!!
I love the one on 1431 NW Round Rock!! Everything is always clean & working!!
Btw - I don’t like Round Rock on Palm Valley - sprayers & vacuums always many NOT working! 🤦🏻♀️ 🤦 😒
