I have been taking my Audi to German Auto Center for years.
Brant and the team there make me feel like I am part of their extended family.
They are personable, professional, and polite.
They clearly describe what needs to be addressed on my car.
They work with me and accommodate my needs and circumstances as much as possible.
I don’t know any place in Austin that even comes close.

This was my previous review (below). I sent two inquiries--on on a Porsche tire possible patch and another on my husband's oil change for a Defender--in neither case was my inquiry responded to. Something has changed. Once ok, but twice no response--well something is off with this place. It's not the same.
On line scheduling was fast, confirmation and reminder was nice. I took my Porsche that is very low miles, 1st oil change with Porsche was free of charge, and the 2nd was a jaw dropper. There is no imaginable world that a oil change should run as high as I paid, so I took a year to research an alternative otherwise, I was seriously considering returning to a BMW which has an amazing warranty and oil changes free for 1st few years, 3 or 4. German Auto uses the exact same oil, knows the warranty service that should be done (like a brake flush) and gives you an honest quote with no surprises. The waiting area looks clean and I believe if you stay, it's stocked with drinks of all kinds. I did not stay. They offer transportation, and the young ex military Marine that took us home was very professional, engaging and just a wonderful serviceman. Super nice. They do everything Porsche does for an honest price, using the exact same products that honestly you would pay a jaw dropping amount. I'll be back and I do highly recommend German Auto Center. I don't know if they do a courtesy wash. I did not ask about that. Porsche does but honestly at the price difference for same quality you can take your car and have it hand washed and waxed for a lot less. I just do my own, but if you care about that, ask . They are super nice.

Got my brake pads and rotors replaced here along with a full brake fluid flush, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The team at German Auto Center is fast, honest, and really knows their stuff. They walked me through everything, kept me updated, and the car drives like new again. Pricing was fair, service was professional, and the quality speaks for itself. Definitely my go-to spot for anything German-car related. Highly recommend!

These guys are almost better than the Porsche dealership, the only difference is Porsche will give you a loaner (and coffee).
But these Chris and Andrew will do the work for one third of what Porsche charges!

German Auto Center is an incredible and honest service center. They took care of our Mercedes GLC required service quickly and at a reasonable price point. I highly recommend them for your car services vs. taking it a manufacturer dealership. Shout out to Chris for such a friendly experience start to finish.
