Before the move in, Julia reached out to me a few times to make sure everything I needed was taken care of which I greatly appreciated. Then when I moved in Alec was very helpful and has some great recommendations for food and attractions nearby. The view from the lookout is incredible! Looking forward to being here for a while.

Gibson flats maintenance team is top tier! I put in a service request for my shower when I woke up and in 2 hours Amir was knocking on my door to fix it ! Amir is 5 stars & 10/10 experience, he fixed the problem AND even helped changing my shower head! If I could rate 6 stars I would!

I toured with Julia and she was so helpful and wonderful! This property is awesome, and close to Alamo Drafthouse and Zilker park.

The complex is really nice and the staff go out of their way to help you. Julia in particular was awesome, had a great moving-in experience because of her.
Had a couple of issues with the unit shortly after moving in, but maintenance took care of them within a day. They seem really responsive to requests.
The complex also seems safe with gated parking and locked doors.
I'd recommend living here.

Maintenance is always same-day or next day and know what they’re doing when they arrive! All staff are polite, nice, professional, friendly, especially Julia. The pool, business center, and gym are always clean and fresh.

I've been living at this apartment for a little over two weeks, and I specifically chose this place due to the great ratings and I see why! The service here is top-notch. The maintenance staff is not only punctual, but they also take the time to get to know the tenants and ensure everything is up to standard. It’s been a very positive experience each and every single time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-managed community.

Outstanding maintenance staff. Those guys respond quickly, show up on time, know what they're doing, and complete their work quickly. I saw them respond to an emergency a neighbor was having in the middle of the night, and they still had a positive attitude, they were just glad they could help; all around well organized professionals. And I can say the same thing for the property management and leasing staff. Very clean property, very cool neighbors. Definitely my first pick when I move back to Austin.

I've enjoyed living here so far. The management team has done a great job with communication, and they host resident events. Also, we've actually just recently gotten brand new hallway floors: which is a nice update to the building!

I just moved in to Gibson Flats but it’s been a great experience so far.
I haven’t had any issues living here and pretty much every need I have is met.
It’s pretty hard to best this location too. I love walking down to town lake every morning and feeling very safe and comfy in the area.
The leasing staff has been very kind and helpful and I haven’t encountered any issues with my apartment so far
