Jordan was really sweet, gave me her opinions fast and efficiently even though I was in a rush. Recommended very specific vitamins. She knew the products off the top her head and was so kind that we spoke for a few extra seconds. She was a kind soul and very knowledgeable in what I needed to achieve my goals, listened very well and gave input and recommendations I could appreciate. Now I know what to purchase in the future! In The Past 2 Times I Have Come Here One Behind On A Weekday And The Other On A Saturday No One Was There The Door Was Locked The Lights Were On. No Sign Explaining Anything. I Called And Got No Answer. As One Of The Only Places Available To Shop For Health And Exercise Essentials I Expect Better Ethics From A Company. I Don't Feel Like Driving Halfway Across Town To Another Location ?

Drove about 30 minutes round-trip only to realize that 1) Their address is incorrect on Google maps, making the store hard to find. You need to circle the parking lot bc it's not right next to H-E-B anymore. 2) they didn't actually have the product in stock that it said they had in stock on line =/

1/2 of Lights were off, when I went in. Looked liked there was 30+ large boxes strewn across the store, alright a cramped browse (browse - verb in context, now a quasi-adverb), the 'employee' was sitting on the desk - didn't bother to stand (for 95% of interaction). I asked about 'what's selling hot right now?' - Response : 'what are you looking for?' - they didn't seem interested in small talk, even so..., I reiterated 'there's a lot of products online (so there's a chance for confusion)...' The person decided they did better walking - out of the store - I think they went to go sit in their car, they didn't say anything - not even why or IF they'd return. I asked the second person there, possibly a friend of the departed 'employee' "Were they coming back....?" Their Response 'you are coming off hostile...' Are there transitioning stores which provide OPEN Hours, not 'Operating, but We May Not Help Hours' ??? I suppose they don't really need the business since there was zero urgency. This was in the beginning of Oct - 2022

Customer service is acceptable. Only down side and only reason for 2 stars is that it's never fully stocked. It's stocked almost as if they're shutting down and want to get rid of inventory. Half the shelves are empty.

10 minute sign on the door. Waited awhile. No one returned within 10 minutes. Called several times, no answer. Never was able to enter the store.

I walked in wanting to buy my usual pre-workout; however, I was very disappointed to find out that they stopped carrying it. And it was not long that I was feeling down. Naomi the area manager happened to be in the store and she showed much professionalism and knowledge when it came to the nutrition contents of the products. As a nutrition major myself, I appreciate the expertise she displayed. I walked in disappointed, but walked out feeling much better with my new pre-workout!

I go here every month and but the same stuff. 2 amplified chocolate smoothie and cellucor BCAAs. Today I went in and the clerk was very condescending and would not honor the price I get every time I come in. I can see by the reviews a lot of people are not happy with this location. I recommend you order on line so you don't have to deal with the owners in this area and young know it all kids like this a** in there.

I came in looking for a pre workout and I had a great experience! An employee named Vish was super friendly and informative. The store was also very cleanly and organized.
